Not true in Wisconsin. Hurley, Wisconsin already has 4 days with lows under 33 degrees this month. The 7th had a low of 25 degrees. The 8th had a low of 29 degrees. The 10th had a low of 28 degrees and the 13th had a low of 30 degrees.

I can explain this. Hurley, Wisconsin is called the snow capital of Wisconsin due to averaging over 155 inches of snow a year including one year that had over 295 inches of snow. I think we know how Hurley, Wisconsin is going to be in winter based reputation and the lows in October so far.

Maybe I should move to Wisconsin. It might snow for my birthday.

And there are some of us that wish you well and ask kindly that you not send it south. Just know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I am not some of us. Please @wdwfan4ver send it south to Florida.
For cold weather, I'll see what I can do although the city I live in hasn't be in the 20s or 30 at night yet. Hurley, Wisconsin is over 300 miles away from where I live and explains why is warmer where I live.

As far as snow goes, nowhere in Wisconsin has gotten that yet although Florida and snow doesn't mix too well.
