My morning job (no, not Target lol), is doing some kind of picnic thing at the Orioles game on the 24th. Free tickets, parking and a voucher for food. May even run into @StarWarsGirl if she goes

I found out the Brewers won their 12th game in a row and that means George Webb is going to offer free burgers. I'm not going to take up on that offer.

Iāve noticed not many customers go in there and shop since an Ulta is across the street.

Same, both of our "local" Targets have an Ulta within 1/2 a mile

George Webb is a Wisconsin only restaurant chain that currently has 23 locations. When the Brewers had a 12 winning streak in 2018, George Webb gave out 90,000 free burgers and another 100,000 vouchers.
George Webb announced the August 20th will be having free burgers from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at all their locations. The restaurant chain will also offer vouchers starting Aug. 15 for those who prefer to redeem their burger at a later date.

I was wondering what or who George Webb was. Sounds like a southern Wisconsin thing. Maybe when I head to the Milwaukee area again in like 10 years I'll check it out. Last year we did a Milwaukee/Door County road trip, it was the first time I'd been in the Milwaukee area in almost 20 years and I had never been to Door County and I've lived in WI for my whole life. Anyway, free burgers....sounds like a great deal.

As far as George Webb goes, the Restaurant chain was founded in 1948 in Milwaukee and good amount of them are in Milwaukee County. The most southern location of George Webb is in Racine.
I didn't go to George Webb a lot growing up, but I've seen the place from the outside growing up and George Webb's free burgers promotion if Brewers win 12 games in a row was something I first heard when I was a kid.
