I found out he didn't have much time left even without the heart attack. He was in very bad shape in his final weeks of life. It sounded like he was under some type of hospice care in his home. He had a severe case of COPD and couldn't talk in his final days. To my understand, the ability not to talk is connected to stage 4 COPD.

He had complications from Neck surgery back in May. He also had renal failure, and fluid overload. This information was something Hulk's family and very close friends wanted to keep from the public due to Hulk's wishes.
My understanding is that neck surgery is one of those where a patient can easily develop complications. I'm fortunate because Hopkins has a head and neck surgery team; they took my thyroid. They did a fantastic job; my scar is basically invisible and I had no complications. But there's so much going on that it's very easy to develop complications.

Tthat's a whole lotta health issues, though. Just one of those would be difficult to deal with. That just takes a toll on your body after a while.

I’ve been thinking lately. I wish there was a back to the future four. Yes I know the time for it has probably passed and I’m not even sure if all the original actors are still alive and it’s not that I don’t like the third movie but I feel like a more satisfying finale could have been made. (And yes part of the reason I feel this way is just wanting more back to the future for the sake of it)
