Past two nights, at 10 pm, Jasmine starts meowing loudly at me. Apparently, it's because she thinks I ought to go to bed.

At least Jasmine doesn't act like Heathcliff.

It only got to 93 degrees today. I hope this cold front goes off to sea soon. I only have one sweater and that is in dyer need of laundering.

Not sure what brought on that outburst except that when I was out for a while this afternoon, that smell of the air along with the heat reminded me of Basic Training in Amarillo, Texas in the summer of 1968. They were trying to kill this 20 year old thick blooded Vermonter. Sorry for the flash back, it was just a non-relatable personal experience.
