It might depend on the person. My mom was definitely a NO PDA of any kind person. She was disgusted by my friend and her boyfriend holding hands in public, and when I was in college, just SITTING next to my boyfriend, she scolded me because we were "all over each other". We weren't even touching. Different people have different ideas about what is inappropriate, I guess. I, personally, would not be likely to go to a Disney park in the Middle East if it requires things like head coverings for women. But then, there are Disney Parks in other countries where I could go without that...so it's just a matter of personal choice.
I doubt the park will require head covering for females but when one enters gotta respect the rules. When our family visited the Vatican in Rome - no hats allowed and all must have their shoulders and knees covered.

For some reason I think you have a spending problem on the Disney store site. Just like I've had more drinks these past two weeks than all year long.
I have it figured out how to get the best deals on merch, and most of that is online. Especially stuff like kitchenware. I found good glass canisters online for $12 a piece when I stacked the discounts. You can't find glass canisters at all for that cheap, let alone Disney ones.

I also have a collection of Disney mugs, most of which I found online for $10 or less a piece.

Plus online, when you spend enough, you don't pay shipping. In a lot of cases, they run free shipping promos as well. In the parks, if you're not carrying your merchandise with you back home, you pay shipping.

But clothes I typically buy in the parks because I find it hard to find online. With the exception of sleepwear. Sleepwear I just check what they have online when they're running a sale. The sleepwear they have online is ridiculously soft. I love it. If they're running a sale, I click through to see what they have clothing wise.

But sometimes, I've made out like a bandit online because if you go to their sale section and then you stack with a promo code, you get crazy discounts. I found a wooden tray that was $40 in parks for $18. And then dish towels for $8.

It also helps that I just have pricing in my head and a general awareness of what things should cost.

I personally would not go.
