I only play miniature golf once in a while. I'm a very bad athlete. The fact is I'm extremely uncoordinated.

I don't consider my type of exercising a sport. What I do is use 2 pound weights for 3 arm exercises, do ankle exercises, and do knee exercises. I do all of that one day. That next I day do is use an exercise machine to pedal.

The exercise machine in question is not a bike at all.

What you’re doing is better than a number of Americans who don’t do any type of exercise at all. As my family doctor has said at any age - keep the body moving. Bloodwork numbers can really shock some into reality to get healthy but sadly some choose not to care. It shocked me into changing my lifestyle and to attend peers funerals who have passed from heart attacks at an early age made me pause and reflect to change my life.

I was raised, pretty much, on country music. Both my parents roots are in small town Texas, so that and Czech and German oompah bands.
Even when we lived in No Cal from ‘68-‘76, my folks had the country music stations tuned in.
Later, I got into pop and rock, but these days I’m more back into classic country. We have two very popular country stations here.
One plays the recent stuff and the other plays the more classic country.
I always listen to the latter, if I’m not listening to talk radio.
Some of the “country music” these days, to me anyway, is just garbage…basically rapping with clapping/snapping background…country, my rear…mix country with rap, and I just call it “Crap”…!!!!! :hilarious:
