This holiday cooking thing is exhausting, I know. I bought a small slice of pre-cooked ham, that I have to heat up. Then I've gotta slice some mushrooms and pan-fry with a little butter, and then add a gourmet touch -- some Mrs. Dash seasoning. But that's not all -- I've got carrots to boil . . .Dh got the butt in the smoker about an hour ago, have the turkeys quartered and ready to go (back bones and innards in the freezer for stock), sausage and marinated tofu go on last and I knew I forgot something, pulled cranberry sauce and a couple of pickled veggies out of the pantry. Tomorrow the boys clean and I sleep!
I didn’t realize how much holiday stress can land you in the ER. I was with a loved one in the ER for a non stress matter one year during Easter weekend. When I remarked to the RNs how so busy the ER was they advised every major holiday they have a huge influx of patients in the ER in that the holiday aggravates their heart, anxiety etc etc conditions .This holiday cooking thing is exhausting, I know. Sounds like a broken spring. Bleach the heck out of the black mold.Urgh my apartments washing machine just broke. I have my own in my place. Well, not sure about broke but loud bang followed by spin cycle going crazy and black mold.
Maybe, wonder if it's a top loader or front loader. That could make a difference. If it's a belt in a top loader he should walk the belt into an auto parts store to get a replacement. Cheaper and lasts longer if they have one that fits. Should probably replace the hoses if there's mold. If it's a front loader and the support spring went he should check for barrel damage before going further.Sounds like a broken spring. Bleach the heck out of the black mold.
