WI weather is surely unique. Coming from tropical climates a family member went to grad school at UW Madison and that first experience with winter was a doozy for sure. I give kudos for anyone who can live in these conditions annually.
You might as well say work in the conditions also because when my dad worked in the electrical field, he had to work outside. There was one winter my dad had to work in that the average high was 14 degrees for an entire winter.

Trade roles even though very lucrative come with also a number of health risks. These guys have super powers to perform their roles near and far away in at times in uncertain and hazardous conditions.
