This was a tree that needed to go. It’s a Brazilian triple tail palm, it’s an invasive species that destroys the other palm trees and foliage. It’s very hard to cut down even with a chainsaw because the trunk is so hard. I was shocked to see it down. Glad to see it go. Not sure how we’re going to dispose of it with the condition we’re both in lol. Overall, a good thing.

Glad it didn't cause any actual damage to the house, and fell in the yard only. My guess is a number of trees probably fell in that storm, and I'm sure the tree removal guys are probably quite busy.

Just really glad to hear that you two are fine.

Mom and I went to see Stevie Nicks at Hersheypark Stadium. She had to postpone her initial concert in June. She explained to the crowd that she was heading to the stadium and her vocal coach said "You can't do this show." And she said "What do you mean?" And he said "You have no voice!" So she had to postpone that show plus the next three. Which ended up working out for us because we were away and I grabbed tickets for the makeup date.

And this is the last one on her two year tour! I can't believe how good she still sounds. She doesn't sing some of the higher notes, but still sounds very much the same as she did on her 70s/80s recordings.

I know how that is. Last year, people were having a field day on the Green Bay Packers field goal kicker on social media.

I don't want to know how social media is to the replacement kicker due to now missing 4 field goals already this year. I am sure the social media also isn't happy with the kicker due to missing 2 field goals in the game already.
