It's the weekend, not only that, it's a bank holiday weekend which means I have Monday off as well (I could get called into work by fingers crossed I won't be needed.)
The weather isn't going to be terribly nice but I'll still go and enjoy myself.

Also got my Garrett’s fix and Fannie Mae chocolates. Visited with a friend for awhile and now we are off to Cheesecake Factory.

Salt. Thank you. I will back off on potato chips and yesterday I had a good portion of French fries.

Today I was very bad regarding salt. I had potato chips during lunch and in a moment I'll upload my dinner photo.
I only remembered my pledge to cut back on salt halfway through dinner.
Tomorrow I promise to do better

MMMMM....cheesecake factory. I love their mashed potatoes. I don't need to order anything from there but the mashed potatoes and a piece of cheesecake. SO GOOD.

This is one of my favorite renditions of Star Wars. It was a promotional thing that came out just before "The Force Awakens" came out. Now it's kinda sad since Carrie Fisher passed away.

Well, that was AWESOME...!!!!!!!!!!!
I opted out of happy hour though, as the firm provided adult beverages at the venue, and I definitely didn’t want to overdo it!
Axes and alcohol...what a combo...!!!!!

I don’t look stereotypical 80’s, so much as maybe more like certain 80’s-era film directors...?!!!!!

Anyway, all 23 that showed up participated, and I took 3rd place...!!!
At first, we all thought our new 5-foot-tall office assistant Haley was gonna’ take us all down, but, unfortunately, she lost steam as things went on.
Towards the end, I ended up besting Finn and then Brian, before getting bested by Marvin in the semi final, who then was bested by Cole in the final...!!!
I was gettin’ fist bumps and high fives from all the youngsters and they were askin’ me where that all came from...I said ”Hey y’all, I’m old, not dead!!!”...!!!!!

So, for my efforts, I received a $20 gift card for Taco Deli...



And, this awesome axe to practice with for next time...!!!!!!!



Again, a “totally Axellent ” time...!!!!!!!!
