@JenniferS is a hard act to follow here. But I do have one exciting piece of news to share with all of you: today, we had SNOW for a few hours in the afternoon! It was BEEEAAUUTIFULLLLLLLLL !!!!!!!!!!!! And, just like when I was a kid, whenever we had the first snowfall, I'd stand outside in it, looking up at the sky with my tongue out, to catch a snowflake! (Hey, no comments from the peanut gallery on that one . . . have a little respect here . . . it's a TRADITION, and never gets old!!! )

@JenniferS , I was thinking that maybe the crowds might die down starting tomorrow. I figure today was the last day of the big Halloween season, and the last day of the weekend, in general. I'll bet tomorrow might be pleasantly uncrowded for a change. Fingers crossed for you and you traveling buddies!!

I am unaffected by caffeine sleep-wise.
The Publix we used to previously visit has relocated. Still just off 192, but on the other side of the road now.
No biggie though, we didn't need much.
Just watching the news and they are reporting two interesting things:
Today was the coldest day since April something or other. Temps in the low-40's!
Also, there was a minor fire on the roof of the SDMT tonight, caused by burning embers from the fireworks.
Hoping to catch more info on this on another newscast at 11:30.
I was there in April. Thankfully we had 80's not 40's.

The very first time I had Hummus was at Tusker House before they turned it into a Buffet, they had real good food but the side was hummus. *she also recollects that she spat it into her napkin*

So, for a change of pace, I decided to watch the local news (instead of logging on here) around 4:30 this morning. Hung out and watched tv for about an hour or so.
Guess what one of the lead "national" stories was?? The 7 Dwarfs Mine Train went on fire!!!!!!!!!! Apparently, there were fireworks from one of the shows and some cinders or whatever hit the roof, and there was a big fire!! OMG! I saw the footage (flames going up pretty high in the dark sky). The report didn't state how much damage was done yet. Oh brother . .. @JenniferS , avoid that area today. Go to a different park instead.
Yes, it was the lead on our news that Disney's newest attraction goes up in flames last night and video. I pulled out laptop. See what happens when I go to bed early? @JenniferS if she wasn't so cold could have given us a play by play. I saw one video that I posted on the 'thread' of a firetruck roll'n down the sidewalk by tea cups.
This is fire #3 I believe which seem to all come from Wishes vs New Fantasyland. Hope this time they make some permanent adjustments before something/someone really gets harmed.

It wasn't that big, was put out quickly and the ride opened again not long after it was put out. Can we say oversensationalized media?
Yeah but ya know, I don't care how big the fire it is this should not be happening, I believe the media reported exactly what happened in both photo's and video. In my mind anyhow Wishes should not be setting fire to areas that guests are in, let alone flames coming from attractions that guests are on big or small. This isn't the first time this year it happened and once in 2013, no longer a fluke.
Get the idea fire scare the jabberers out of me???
