Welcome to Mexico!
The max rate I've seen is 120%.. and its from an American Express card.

Theres a famous rumor saying that Mexico alone and its huge interests saved Santander from bankrupt a few years ago. They are sucking the economy away with the interest rates.
The minimum rates you can find anywhere in this country is 18%.
That is just awful! That should be illegal.

Tomorrow is the final game of the World Cup.
This year has been so much fun with T sharing in my excitement of the games!

Tomorrow we’re going to a watch party downtown. Cincinnati will show FIFA how we party, and why we should be a host city in 2026. :)
It should be a great time, FCC players will be there playing futsal with the kids.

Anyone doing something fun for the final? We’re cheering for the underdog. Go 🇭🇷!!

Got to spend some time with my dad at the Studios today; we rode Slinky Dog, Rock n’ Roller, and Star Tours, with some time in between to try the BBQ brisket melt at Woody’s Lunchbox!😋

It was really tasty! The ratio of bread to meat was good, and it was fresh and hot. The bread was crunchy (although more garlic-y than I was expecting), and I had forgotten that it had cheese and pickles on it (yum!). The potato barrels weren’t that hot, so we’ll have to try those again another time. Their flavor was good though.
If you’re not used to eating very much at a meal, I would highly recommend sharing. I got full on just half of that sandwich.

I’m at Wdw and it is hot. At 5pm when we went to Disney Spring it was 91 but had a real temp of 98. #Iammelting!
ajrwdwgirl talks about how she is melting. I've heard about the glaciers melting & receding in the past. I shrugged it off. Some people are like me, others may be disgusted with me.......but to those who are disgusted, hang in there 'cause I'll redeem myself right now.
As a fortunate recent Alaskan tourist, I saw first hand where the glaciers HAD been and where they ARE NOW. o_OThe glaciers I saw have not just backed off the length of a football field.....or the length of 5 football fields. The tour guides showed us where the glacier(s) was/were in the past and we are talking receding....like... a mile. :eek:My global warming apathy has changed....less shrugging, anyway ;)

That's interesting--I wonder why Austin has so many fans? (Side note: I have zero interest in soccer, but then again I don't watch an major league sports.) Also, I never grew up with soccer -- that was a game played by other countries, so it just seems so foreign to me. I know things have changed though, on the sports front in our country, and it's definitely gained more fans as time went on.

Anyway, hope your city does get the team, as there certainly are a lot of soccer fans there!

Thanks!
Haven’t heard any significant news about it recently, so not sure what’s up with it all... :cyclops:

Or, maybe I should just go back to basics. As my grandmother used to say, "Everything in moderation."

Reminds me a little of the French Chef, Julia Child. She cooked up the most delicious entrees and desserts. She was once asked how the French people could eat such wonderful food, but many managed to maintain a reasonable weight. She said that they'd savor smaller portions of well-prepared dishes--taking their time to eat a meal. I figure that's probably where I've gone wrong--I eat like my dog does--I wolf down everything on my plate and then go for seconds! :hilarious:

Hahaaa...!!! :hilarious:
But, yep, I’ve always heard same about the French...rich food, but, smaller portions and taking time to savor the meal...also a little wine...!!! ;) :)
