I'm kind of impressed that she knew which one was hers and only took that one. However if hubs hadn't yelled at her she might have gone back for the other.

Over all Dunkin' Donuts was ok, I have had them before. I think the donuts from one of our grocery stores in town in better, but then I have to drive further to get to that store.:)

I'm no stranger to change nor afraid of it. In my business we've gone from hand drafting everything to 3-D modeling and eveything else in between over the last 38-ish years. Change is awesome when it makes sense.
So far, I haven't been given, nor seen, any reason why this makes any good sense at all... :bored:

Maybe ask Steve to expand that number area? It could be customizable.

I'm no stranger to change nor afraid of it. In my business we've gone from hand drafting everything to 3-D modeling and eveything else in between over the last 38-ish years. Change is awesome when it makes sense.

The point of the changes is to keep things up-to-date and to allow the community to continue to thrive.

The changes behind the scenes will allow the addition of new features along the way that were not possible on the old platform.

The internet is a grave yard of forums that have not kept up to date and invested in new developments. I dont want WDWMAGIC to be one of them.

It's a personal reaction--I don't do well with surprises regarding computer programs. It's hard enough for me to learn new things at work (for example), but I tend to do a little better (less anxiety) if I'm told ahead of time, that some changes might be forthcoming.

I realize this is probably nothing you've experienced, because you're very talented with computer programs and are comfortable with them. You may even embrace all kinds of new updates, etc. I'm just not like that.

Of course everyone is different, but I just did not see the merit in having people worry about upcoming changes that were going to happen regardless.

I'm confident that if you give it a chance you will become very comfortable with the new site.

I don't know carp about computers either. You are not alone. :happy: I had to look up what kind of Samsung tablet I had. I just know It's from 2013. :joyfull:

On my phone...at the top left of my screen (to the left of the wdwmagic logo)are three white stripes...high..middle..low. They are stacked like that. One time a colleague called that a waffle symbol.

This is what the screen on my iphone shows at the bottom of the page. Is it the same for you? I then clicked attache files which is on the bottom left. Then I chose a picture saved from my phone. It then uploaded. Then I clicked full image.

I get all that. The firm I work for will be 30 years old next year. If we wouldn't have kept things up-to-date with processes, presentation, etc., etc., etc., we'd have been left on the ash heap years ago.
It is something anyone who comes to our firm for services can plainly see and why we are at the top of our game in the business.
On the other hand, I haven't seen anything tangible here yet. You know, something I can smell, touch, taste, so to speak. Can you provide us with some info about these upcoming features?
(BTW...
I REALLY HATE the top row emoji change, and have absolutely no clue how something that simple would affect any upcoming new features and keep the site at the top of it's game...? :cyclops:)

Right now, I'm just frustrated because I was so used to the old format. Was it perfect? No, but, it was familiar.
One of the coolest things you did with the site was to allow us to directly upload pics from our device. I haven't tried that yet today, but, although others unfortunately seem to be having problems, I'm assuming it will still work that way when I go to upload some pics later.

In closing, let me just say that I've always loved this site. You and the mods do as great a job as is humanly possible to keep this place in line and running smoothly.
I truly hope all the changes will prove to be of benefit ASAP.
Guess I just need to be patient...
