CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a marvelous mini vacation with your loved ones
You should have just got them a fishing pole and a fillet knife - after all they're camping! The guys may be sleeping outside for a long while. Note to self never take any of them shopping! I came home with more than a few extra food items![]()
Ha! That's something we don't need more of fresh water, salt water a couple of fly and even a Mickey pole. At least the tempeh was on saleYou should have just got them a fishing pole and a fillet knife - after all they're camping!![]()
Yes, my friend's husband died of a burst artery in his stomach area. Bled out so fast she didn't even have time to call an ambulance before he was gone. Scary stuff.
speaking of avocados, I read in the news (not even sure if its a joke or not) about how there is a big increase in incidents related to cooking.
Seems Europeans just simply cant cut an avocado correctly and end maiming their own hands when trying to remove the bone in the middle.
I just can't like this!!!
Rant: It's 7:45 AM and I only got up about 30 minutes ago. This is LATE for me. Why did I get up late? Freaking summer, that's why!
Last night the power went out from summer storms, at about 11:45 PM. Woke up because the a/c kicked off--got up around 12:15 AM to report outage to the power company. Couldn't sleep in the heat upstairs here, nor could hubs or Jack (poor dog, he was panting---he hates summer, too).
Power went back on around 1:45 and stayed on for 30 minutes. Then, off AGAIN . . .
Finally, power came on at 3:40 AM and once the a/c kicked in, I finally got some sleep.
Please, bring on WINTER!!!!![]()
My cousins husband was exposed to agent orange in Vietnam. He has had cancer twice, and had to have a colon ostopyWe probably had Agent Orange in our water directly... maybe why it was yellowish. I said it wasn't an endorsement, just a real situation and how the event turned out... at least so far.
True, but, the problem is he might have had that and never set foot in Vietnam. I have three uncles and two cousins that have died from cancer and were never closer then 10,000 miles from Vietnam. I have a number of things that they monitor one is the Prostate Cancer, which they have linked to Agent O, but, as we all know is a very common thing in older men and also Diabetes and Colon Cancer, again common among people that have never been there. Many sciences are not exact, I think this is one of them. It could be said that dying is linked to living because pretty much everyone that has ever died, once lived. It really depends on what type of spin one wants to put on it.My cousins husband was exposed to agent orange in Vietnam. He has had cancer twice, and had to have a colon ostopy
I'm behind too. I just don't have much energy right now. Maybe when we clear out all the smoke, things will look better.Sympathy like.
As I am stil so far behind, I just now saw your post about Opa from the 19th, and jumped forward to see if there was an update.
So sorry to hear, but, so glad to hear about the good step.
Prayers for him and all of y'all.
You left out completely fictional and all set up just to have the "We wants the Redhead" line. Yes, if don't take it seriously and place it out of our time frame, it wouldn't be sexist and degrading, when done as a pirate joke... well, then it is just a joke and we had better start to laugh at ourselves soon or will will all be carted away.
I would do that if they provide clean sheets and towels everyday. And provide cleaning supplies. You can't travel with cleaning supplies, for pete's sake.I don't want to clean my own resort room for a $40 gift card.
That is all.![]()
He had his colon oscopy when he was in his early 30's. No one in the family has had anything like that. He was also a Marine, a green beret. He must have experienced a lot of horrible things, as did many in Vietnam.True, but, the problem is he might have had that and never set foot in Vietnam. I'm so sorry. I wish I could bring Walt back, but he is in a happy place right now....waiting for you.I miss being kicked in the tummy or the small of my back by my 100 pound of happy dog while he was in deep dream. He got a great deal of exercise while sleeping, those legs were always running.
Send some our way.....it's so dry out here....179,000 + acres are burning in the west right now. That's some big real estate.its raaaining!
