Don't forget uphill both ways2-5 and a little more where I work. I work on the island of misfit toys that I can't get away from. However, with that being said, I'm taking the day off. I was taking a half day anyway. Jobs not important enough to drive 45 minutes in the snow.

I miss being able to walk into malls. They are mostly all becoming dead now. It is said. They used to be the "place to go". My dh and I had our first date at the large mall where I used to live. The mall where I live now is dead with just a few stores. I went to Bath and Body Works and I was the only one in it. I felt so sorry for the staff I probably bought too much. That was a year ago now, and I still have plenty of soap in my cabinets.

Used to go to King of Prussia Mall a lot when we lived closer, but I cannot see the point to driving 3 hours to go there. We are only 1 and 1/2 hours from Tyson's Corner Mall in VA, but I hate the layout of it. The last time we went was 3 years ago because my DD15 (was 12 at the time), wanted to go to the American Girl store. No longer plays with them of course and my other 2 dd's don't play with them. Soooo, that was money well spent.
