Not the best pic, there were a lot of these guys at Winterland/summerland Yucky black snakes 3-4 feet longI am not fond of slithery varmints either. The cabins is as close as I will get to a "camping" vacation.You cannot beat the price of them at Disney since they sleep 6 and the renovations were pretty nice. A huge selling point is the watercraft for MK and to Contemporary for the monorail. We used to stay at BW but can go more often by staying at FW and that makes us happy.
Now this guy was cute about 2 1/2 or 3 foot long

Yes, we have stayed there 3 times now. Twice last year and once in 2015. I was unsure about if I would like it since we had gotten used to deluxe but it has such a different feel than the orher resorts. It is so nice and quiet. I thought the bathroom issue would be an issue but as of yet is hasn't been. My kids just love, love, love driving the golf cart and we love exploring all the different areas on it.Have you stayed there before? I'm interested but not enough to stay thereWe'll do SOG for a few nights then move over to a near by condo. I like having at least 2 bathrooms

Do you make rope drop with one bathroom? There's no way we could and I only have 2 monsters

Lucky for us we have yet to meet any of those up close and personal. Saw an armadillo nosing around by the ac unit of the cabin next door last June, but that is the only animal encounter.

Yep, always make rope drop. We are early risers anyway. Don't really like being late for anything so we learned that to get out on time we just need to get up and get the day started a bit sooner. I usually get the kids clothes out the day before and baths or showers are in the evening. Works for us, maybe not for others.

Apparently, Starring Rolls closed early last month. I had no idea...major bummer.
You're not alone. A great place to grab a quick but yummy breakfast and their sandwiches were so good and very share-able It was the only Studio QS I'd eat at but I know we are going to have to head to Muppet-land and check out the remodel. Just Cause.
Find a good de-caff. Donna has had to go down that route. There are some good ones out there.Experimented with full-blown caffeinated coffee to see what difference it would make in my blood pressure. Not good!
Not too bad last night, but have been getting 40+ wind gusts all day! I hope they start dying down so I can get a round bale out for the horses!
