Ivory Tower Squabble EST 2011. WINDMILL SURVIVOR
@Gabe1 , last Monday night, I barbecued hot dogs. Put slices of whole wheat bread (we don't use hot dog buns) on two plates -- 2 slices for hubs, and 1 slice on my plate, on the kitchen table. (Hot dogs were still finishing up on the grill outdoors.) Went upstairs for a few seconds jut to tell hubs that dinner was ready and when I came down, guess what dog STOLE AND ATE THREE slices of whole wheat bread in less than (no exaggeration) 10 seconds??!! :jawdrop: This is a new one even for Jack--whole wheat bread?! He must have inhaled the 3 slices, and he had the incriminating evidence of crumbs all over his goofy face--plus he dragged about a half of the last piece and ran with it--afraid I'd pull it away from him! That dog is very untrustworthy. :cautious:

OK this is my last post I read before I go to sleep. I just love Jack. I'm sure it was just a gap in communication and he thought he was included in the meal since you abandoned the food on the plates. I'm sure he thought it was left overs, dog scraps if you will.

We were gonna' go play Peter Pan Mini-Golf, just down the road (an Austin institution since 1946), but, by the time we finished dinner it was gettin' kinda' late, so we decided to save that for tomorrow...! :)

Zombie shark velociraptor with a bow saw ? :cyclops:9 stitches and 25+ years later, and those two finger tips in the middle are still numb (nerve damage) with forever-altered fingerprints...! ;)

Yeah...mine feels like...I guess like I've gotten superglue on it. It just feels weird. But I have a question for you, it still hurts when I bump it...does that go away?

Made some Minnie Mouse themed necklaces today. Well, we made lots of these, but these 2 I did with a Minnie theme...I couldn't decide if I should use the flower or the heart charms, so I did one of each. I think they turned out pretty cute...they're no minnie mouse ears like @figmentfan423 makes though!! Those things are amazing.

Thank you but those necklaces are so cute! I'm going to wear my silver heart necklace with a crystal hidden Mickey my boys got me back in 2008(I think my dh paid for it because that was when he still covered for them)

Sorry...I shouldn't laugh, but it sounds so funny! Did you have more bread?

Yes and no. It was the end of a loaf, and I had another loaf not opened yet -- in the freezer . . .

What a little stinker!! A funny story though!:)

He is a stinker and he knows it. He knows exactly what he's doing--he's very calculating, and although he pretends to look ashamed, he's proud of his deviant behavior and considers it a "win".

Gotta love that doggie. Glad he didn't know hot dogs were coming later.;)

Oh, he did know about the hot dogs, too, but it was payback time . . . :D I flat out refused to give him a few bites, which he usually gets!

As our good friend, @Cesar R M would say, "Nope, nope and nope!" :p

I think he deserves bacon and eggs for breakfast!
