Ya'll are scaring me. I actually have nightmares about filthy bathrooms...like I have to go really bad and there's nowhere that's not disgusting. Maybe I'll avoid those 2 places so they don't give my jerk brain new fodder for sleepy time.
Disney's bathrooms are usually pretty clean compared to most places. Generally, larger ones and ones that are more out-of-the-way are cleanest. American Adventure, Imagination Pavillion, and RnRC all have out-of-the-way restrooms and are generally clean and not crowded.

We made the news for something good this time. However a mansion burnt down last night :( It was the last place Jackie Onassis was before she married JFK.

So sad about the Mansion. We have lost a couple of Cathedrals over the last few years. Disappointing.

nom nom nom :hungry:

And this is where the Disney Fans have the advantage. We know where to go looking. Even in the resorts we know where to find the obscure ones vs food venues.

I don't believe we ever have used the Canadian Piggy restrooms, wonder how that happened after all these decades. I'll continue to now purposely avoid.

My niece is visiting for the weekend so we took her to a local production of Guys and Dolls. I had never seen it before and I really enjoyed it, and the theater group did a great job. I might have to watch the film version now! So if you've never seen it and are looking for something you might enjoy renting the movie.

We booked an October trip, now I'm wanting to do another cruise on the west coast. Less flying and more to do and see. Hubby is waiting to see if the increase is too much. We will change our plans in a split second. I love Disney, but I love cruising too. And it's much more relaxing, I don't get sea sick, and in fact, I love the big waves, we had 35 ft. ones, in the Pacific, that just rocked me to sleep. Otherwise, I held on to the rails when moving from my room to elsewhere. The East coast is wonderful too, usually much less waves, good for hubby. He doesn't like movement. So many decisions, so little time!;););)
Is that something you can decide during your June trip? Maybe once you're back in the bubble you may feel you want to go in October.

Sympathy. Happy to report though that when their growth is complete they eat like humans vs vultures again. Just depends on how long they keep growing. My DS patterned my DH family vs my family. They grew a great deal between 15 and 16 years old, DS 11 inches in a school year. My Dad was still growing while in the military a bit at a time. Clothing that year with DS and shoes hurt the pocketbook. That year was also hard on him with competition swimming. All the energy was going to growth, always tired before he hit the pool each day.
My older ds has stopped growing but he's still a bottomless pit. My baby is 13 so I think I'm domed for at least a few more years. One side of my family is short, I mean really short. I'm 5' 4'' and the tallest female by quite a bit. The other side has both tall and short people same with my dh's family. I think my baby is going to wind up a bit on the tall side. In the words of Dr D(P&F) doom, doom and doom.

Sorry I can't like that news. They just did this in October, this is a close bump up even by Disney standards. Given all the changes to the APs last fall and all the cuts in services and hours they are certainly begging for guests to spend more time at other parks.
This has us rethinking 2017. We have APs for the UNI part of our trip my dh said we'll upgrade one of our tickets to an AP (parking, MM and one day next year pay for that) but we'll decide during our trip how much time will be spent at each place and it may or may not be more time at UNI than Disney.:(

I thought of you when I saw the mansion fire on tv news. Figured you'd know which one it was. I was relieved that it wasn't one of the more popular/historical mansions (open to the public for tours) that I'm more familiar with up on Bellevue Avenue, and other street locations in the (Gilded Age) district of Newport. Lot of unanswered questions about that fire; the mansion was undergoing a huge renovation at the time. o_O

For a 14 day pass (for 2 ) is £666.73 for next October when buying a package through Virgin Holidays. Will see if it increases over the next couple of days.
Thats about £24 a day pp ( $34 ) :D:D:D
