I don't see him getting it either. But then, I'm not a lawyer, or a judge. Any news yet on WHEN the hearing will be?

Not yet. He said the papers would be served by the end of the week. But before we even get to court, we have to go through mediation, and before that there's a required orientation which I just did and in it they show examples of mediation sessions, where the whole point is to come to an agreement. You can't just say this is what I want and not try to negotiate in good faith. That's where I think he'll realize that all his posturing is for naught.

If he keeps this uphe might be lucky to get a peanut butter sandwich sans jelly. I hope you're saving all the texts

Oh definitely. Tons of evidence as to his unreasonable and illogical demands. Everything that I've read about custody says that parents should be flexible and not blame the other because the court could give you less custody if you demonstrate negative behavior.

Hmmm....not the first then. Maybe the next one??? Don't remember as much about the space stuff as the odd day we watched TV all together in a classroom. I also remember the day I forgot the 4Cents for my milk. Hated milk but for some reason when you can't have a carton you remember.

Yes, probably Apollo 12. I was going to a school called Cinnabar Elementary in San Jose at the time.
I remember them gathering us all in the school cafeteria to watch a moon landing. Based on the dates (pretty sure I was at George Minor Elementary school for Apollo 14 in '71, 'cause we had moved down the road a few miles) that was most likely the one. It still remember how excited I was...! :)

Hahaaa...!
I remember the uproar in elementary school back then when milk went up from 3 cents to 5 cents a carton...! :jawdrop: ;) :)

I agree, the popular kids would never speak to the unpopular. So childish and stupid. Last year our class president, who plans the reunions, decided to have a reunion with only his friends invited. Great "class" reunion.:devilish:
I guess my ds is lucky most of the kids in his school are all pretty friendly to each other. It's the whole puberty thing that's making them all a little strange. But they're all sticking together, just strange

All I'm going to further say is I HAVE met her and talked to her and seen her in action during the MANY, MANY SWW I've been to over the years. She is an odd individual who believes Luke is her husband, thus she changed her name to Linda Amidala Skywalker, believes the face characters are really who they portray and for arguments sake she is a harmless passholder that doesn't know any better.
Fair enough. I've never met her, and I only know what I've read. I just think it's sad for her.
