Did ya ever have a day when you should just put on the Jammies and go to sleep? Yep, that is today. And likely DH is feeling it too. Kid had a flat today, lugs wouldn't come off. Borrowed an adapter for lugs and broke the co-workers adapter. Came home for his own tools and is now sitting in a dark parking lot trying to get a tire off.

I made burgers for dinner, with lots of ingredients. Walking out the door to BBQ the foam plate broke and raw burgers splat'n on staircase and patio. Yum. :cautious: Last straw of the day. Wendy's was not a good replacement meal.

Sympathy "like".

What about the movie, The Others? That movie is so scary and spooky. I love ghost stories like that because I can't handle the violent ones.

Yep, same here. I've always loved me some spooky (first ride on HM was at Disneyland in '70), but, I too, do not care for those slasher flicks. When I was younger, Friday the 13th was all the rage. I bugged out after the second one, and never went back.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.

Some days are like that. Even in Australia.

I thought The Ring was scary the first time I saw it in the theater. It was not scary the second time I watched it at my house. Blair Witch was fun to see in the theater with a bunch of people, but it's not that great otherwise. I never saw the Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake, but the original is pretty messed up.

The town where the house from the original movie used to be is about 8 miles away from us. Round Rock, Texas. I graduated from HS there in 1980. You could see it on a hill from one of the main roads we drove.
It has since been restored, and is now located in Kingsland, Texas.
