But I'll bet they're really good! Everything at Disney is expensive, heck, even the chili-cheese dog and fries at Casey's is over $10...Am I the only one who noticed this?? $9.75 for a (%#*&) grilled cheese sandwich???!!
I find this also.We went out for a meal last night for Mrs Ferret's Birthday and 3 courses and drinks (non-alchoholic) came to just ove £100 (about $150 ).Whilst not "fine dining" it was generous portions of good food.I acan't think oif anywhere in WDW you could get a TS meal of the same quality for near that price. Edit; it was for 4 peopleBut I'll bet they're really good! Everything at Disney is expensive, heck, even the chili-cheese dog and fries at Casey's is over $10...
How very true!!! We have the same experience as you. We went to a high end restaurant (well high end for northeast Wisconsin) for our anniversary (except they screwed up our drink orders and accidentally added alcohol to all of them) and we walked out after dessert with a $150 bill. That is what we'd see at Disney, but without dessert, drinks, and having very full tummies. But still we don't go on a lot of vacations, so when we do get to go, we save up and plan to enjoy ourselves. I would rather eat bologna sandwiches for lunch at work for a few weeks if it means that I can go to Disney and eat something better than hamburgers and hotdogs. Vacation is a time to de-stress and enjoy a short time away from everything we have to endure in the "real" world and by golly we're gonna do it!I find this also.We went out for a meal last night for Mrs Ferret's Birthday and 3 courses and drinks (non-alchoholic) came to just ove £100 (about $150 ).Whilst not "fine dining" it was generous portions of good food.I acan't think oif anywhere in WDW you could get a TS meal of the same quality for near that price.
I also mix a bit with peroxide to clean my rings. My mom used to use it once in a while to clean her teeth because she was a smoker and a coffee drinker, but I'm neither and my mom always said that stuff tastes horrible, so I use it for rings, but not teeth.Baking soda can also be used to help put out a small grease fire, but you'd need more than a small box to do this.
Welcome @PrincessJenn5795. I'm glad you are along for the ride. The more the merrier! Thanks for the welcome! I am really enjoying this site. I have no doubt my daughter will eventually be a good driver, but getting her there is a bit nerve racking. I think my parents are enjoying watching me go through this with glee
Question about splash: Over in Germany there's an amusement park that has a ride like Splash Mountain...you sit in a log and go down 2 "hills", one big and one small. My daughter went on it last year with daddy and she sat in the back and ended up hitting her head on the back of the seat pretty hard already on the smaller dip, so she was already in tears for the bigger one and hated it and is scared to go again. My son, who is even younger did NOT sit in the back and he LOVED the ride. Would my daughter be ok on Splash? how high do the seatbacks go? If she was sitting not against the back, would it be ok for her?

Yes, yes @Goofyernmost, we know all about how "comforting" you can be with the female persuasion.I have never ever gone to a scary movie. I don't enjoy them. I'm not scared because my brain constantly tells me it's just play acting, but, I just don't find that stuff entertaining. Life is scary enough for me.
I take that back, I did take a date to a scary movie at a drive in once, but, I don't remember seeing the movie. I was to busy comforting the poor young lady.See that is one of the many reasons that I have that halo. I'm a comforting person and care about others.
