I'm thinking not so much as they both made a tidy sum for next year's trip. The first words out of their mouth's "What's to eat around here"
They miss the food maybe, me not so much!

Me too. Especially early morning. I also like to walk after a big rain when it's still crisp.
I'm sure your boys missed you as well. There's nothing as comforting as coming home to mommy!
Don't forget mummys cooking lol

I knew it was there, I just didn't know about the chef. And honestly, in a land of chain restaurants, I prefer the few mom and pop type places. When it opened, and I knew it was another chain, I haven't been in any hurry.I don't know, it has been there for a few years now, Higgins and Martingale Northwest corner. My Mom and I often will meet up at
Woodfield, one of our favorites.

I love Corpus Christi, we went there about 40 years ago. It's so pretty. As I remember we were next to a preserved area. So very few people. I'm sure it's changed a lot!Thanks, it's definitely gonna' be a much-needed break!
We were talkin' about a possible day trip to Corpus Christi from Port Aransas (where we'll be staying) to see the aquarium and the USS Lexington again, but, we may just kinda' stay put there in Port A and do more chillin'.
Either way, I'm sure there will be plenty of food involved...!
