at least its not CANOE TIME like it happened to @Gabe1 recently.
but better buy a poncho?

I was cleaning out a linen closet this week, a chore I never do. I decided to consolidate the poncho's again as we have a wide selection of these. I found several of the old yellow poncho's from both Disney MGM and the MK, a clear MK, some children's Disney Ponchos but my favorite find was my DD darker powder blue raincoat with Barney the Purple Dinosaur on it. As a preschooler she was way to short to wear a children's poncho without tripping over it so I bought her a rain jacket for Disney. She LOVED that Barney. Likely why I kept it. I stashed it right back in the poncho container. .

The codes again in your images are wrong.
The ones failing have a different code and are not standard links to images.

I think you're doing exactly the same as donaldtoo. Copy and paste doesnt always work because the images are protected or do not let third party websites load them(hotlinking not allowed)

My best bet is use a tool like imgur.com to reupload the images to a hotlink allowed website.

I'm going to have to flip my laptop back to google. It somehow flipped itself over to Bing, wonder if that is messing with some stuff.

while I agree with almost everything, I disagree on the milk.

I bet a lot of vendors got sued by suehappy people, because the milk was expired in the stores(as in smelling bad).
so the thing was mostly health issued.
I don't mean it in the sense of the retailer. That needs to be posted. I won't buy one that is past or close to the date either. Why, because I want to have the time to use it before it does goes bad on me. What I'm saying is that I don't use a lot of milk, mostly in cooking. I have gone sometimes 2 to 3 weeks past the alleged expiration date. It smelled fine and worked wonderfully, it wasn't even starting to turn. However, I bought it when it was relatively fresh. It doesn't take very long to know when it has reached that point. That's all I'm talking about. People just dumping it, not based on actuality but on a date. Somethings you can't always tell, but, that is one product that makes its age known.

Yep, he kept downgrading it instead of upgrading it. :bored:
When I was there the other day, a mod still has to approve every single post.
And, there's only one mod , and he has a life. My posts didn't show up until they were approved by the mod at about 6p the NEXT night.
Ridiculous. :grumpy:

Yeah, the moderator has tried to overcome that. Some of us are pre approved members and our posts don't have to be moderated. Can't tell you when I was there last. Hard to have a discussion when posts are 24 hours apart. I bore to easily for that.

Yep, I do the same thing with eggs, you can tell when they are still fine immediately. I have gone to lactaid milk brand. I can usually purchase a quart that has an experiation date of 6 weeks after I purchase. Rarely do I ever finish a quart of milk around here, nobody drinks it, we cook with it.

Okay now to the part of my Paris trip you will have been waiting for....Disneyland Paris. The park was nice, it has been a little neglected and they are sprucing it up. My husband compared it to an Impressionist painting...pretty from far away but a mess up close. The food here was terrible at the quick service restaurants and better in the sit down restaurants. Some rides like Big Thunder and Pirates were in my opinion the best versions of the three main Disney Parks I've been too. Ask if you have any questions but I'll get some stuff posted today and post more tomorrow.

Love the Haunted Mansion, the City Hall looks like WDW train station.

My favorite Star Trek show, I laughed for weeks about the tribbles!

Yes, I'm by no means a "Trekkie", per se (as I obviously had to Google the whole Tribble thing to remind me of those episodes). But, one of the things I have enjoyed very much of the episodes of the shows (and the movies) I've seen, is the sense of humor that is also so prevalent in them. I know a lot of it is supposed to be "serious", but, I really appreciate the humor, too. :)
