That was a good video. He really went into detail about the history of the original Fast Pass system, and then provided updates, etc. -- and not just for Disney, but also for some other worldwide parks (some with, some without any fast type of system in place). Aside of the extra pricing (which not every guest can afford, bypassing the original concept of equal access), I thought he also made some interesting observations about whether the system actually sped up waiting times, park-wide, on average.
