NASCAR moves up start time of Daytona 500 by an hour
The race will now begin at 2 p.m. ET as there's a chance of rain on Sunday.sports.yahoo.com
It usually is. I shed worse than the cats so. It's amazing I have any hair left. It seems to be a weed...Oh thank goodness...
Stage racing was introduced by NASCAR back in 2017. I get the concept behind it, but I'm not a fan. I prefer that the race just goes on without scheduled interruptions; and whomever is first at the finish line at the end of the race, is the winner!Didn't help much did it LOL
I'm definitely not a die-hard NASCAR fan but will watch Daytona and Talladega. I guess I don't understand the "stages". All they seem to be is a recipe for disaster on the restarts.![]()
I am not a bit surprised.Apparently theyre trying to make everyone panic again by saying we're in for a significant snow storm next weekend.
At my age, going down the hall to the laundry room is known as an outing.
Not from your viewpoint, although I would be guessing no where south wants it.Is it wrong I want this to be kept farther south and east

PERRY THE PLATYPUS?
I'm sending you a roomie
When my youngest grandchild was about 3 years old, she had to watch that show. I always felt that there were a lot of references in it that only an adult might get. Nothing bad, just a little above their experience level. Anyway, I enjoyed watching that with her mostly because it was good, funny and the option was My little Pony. In the meantime... Where's Perry? I got her a big stuffed Perry at the Disney Store that used to be in our mall here. So now it is really a where's Perry story. They're back for F&G Too cute

They've always done that. There's a Kim Possible episode that references 1960s Batman; they even got Adam West to come do a voice. They also did references from a few other older TV shows, notably original Star Trek. It did go over my head as a kid, then I rewatched as an adult...When my youngest grandchild was about 3 years old, she had to watch that show. P.S. She still has it in her bedroom. She's 13 now. Typing her age just now was depressing. Where the hell has the time gone.
