My hair cells died a long time ago., Remember my motto, "God only made a few perfect heads and the rest he put hair on!" As for the brain cells, they went AWOL shortly after birth and Skin, I don't really know. A quick check in the mirror seems to indicate that they can't die fast enough they just hang around trying to prevent those fat cells from actually breaking out and landing on the floor.
Glad they were able to help, but now the question...Not even in service and the Treasure is already doing treasures...
And the family of 4 who were rescued got a free ride , tour, accommodations and fine food of the Treasure before any guest sails on it!Not even in service and the Treasure is already doing treasures...
When I had the thyroid cancer, a big concern was hair loss. Even though there's no chemo, between the radiation they use and the lack of thyroid hormones, both men and women experience hair loss.My hair cells died a long time ago., Remember my motto, "God only made a few perfect heads and the rest he put hair on!" Hair is a weird thing isn't it. My grandson has thick, thick, thick black hair on his head. He's 22 years old. So far in the attempt to grow a mustache and beard, he has managed about 16 hairs on his mustache and another 20 or so on his chin. He whines constantly about it. I have a very full beard but I have to part my head hair about 5 inches wide. I think I would gladly trade problems with him, but he seem unwilling. I, on the other hand, had to start shaving when I was 12. Since hair is mostly the protein keratin my theory is that being an uphill trip to the top of our heads, I got so much on my face that there wasn't enough protein keratin left to get to the top. When I had the thyroid cancer, a big concern was hair loss. Not me. Apparently my hair is like a weed. I probably shed more than the cats do and somehow there is still a ton of hair left on my head. The vacuums have gotten clogged with my hair, I have to clean out the brush rolls because my hair gets wrapped around it...you'll even find clumps of it in the washing machine and the dryer. And yet somehow there is still a bunch on my head. I am at a loss. But not hair loss. (Ba dun dum)
I cut my hubby’s hair. He is balding right at the top. But, the sides grow so fast, I can’t keep up. Hair is strange.Hair is a weird thing isn't it. Dad has a bald spot on his head. The first time B noticed it when we were growing up, he thought Dad's head was broken. I'll never forget it. "Dad...head broken...head broken..."I cut my hubby’s hair. He is balding right at the top. But, the sides grow so fast, I can’t keep up. Hair is strange.
In companies I've worked for in various states , gym memberships were comped for the exces. Most if not all worked out on a regular basis and image and physical fitness were at the forefront in their leading the company and representing us in the public. Iger works out on his Versa climbed for 45 min straight at 430am daily supervised by his personal trainer. He looks great in his early 70s.Shortly before I turned 20, I joined the Air Force. At that time the standard shaved head was in strong practice. After that close cut the hair on top of my head never grew back as thick as it was. And compared to the sides it was very slow to grow. It seemed that as soon as it did grow back out, it started to fall out. By the time I was 26 (in the 70's) I had to start doing the dreaded combover to try and fill in the blanks. That just got to be a useless endeavor so I just stopped worrying about it and decided that I couldn't see it, unless I was looking in a mirror, so from then to this day. I never even think about it unless I am drawn into a conversation like this.
Bald doesn't matter if you own your own business or got to the top of a corporation before the hair took an extended vacation. I have never personally witnessed a single bald person that was promoted to head a corporation unless it was a shaved head look that, by the way, some men that do that really cannot pull it off and maintain those positions. Case in point... the other Bob once at the top at The Disney Company. In the corporate world image is on the top of the list of leadership positioning. Unless it's Disney and you were once a public spokesman for the imagination aspect and then it was OK, for a while at least, to have your earlobe stretched down to your knee's and eventually be a tripping hazard.
I saw that last week but forgot to post. DD very excited.
