If anyone ever suggests that cats don't understand human speak, please know that I picked up Jasmine to clip her claws, my brother asked what I was doing with her, and when I said she needed her claws clipped, her eyes got huge and she let out the loudest, most dramatic wail ever. Before we'd even gotten the clippers out.
