No money was spent. I just got back from SC like 15 minutes ago, my Fitbit died while I was down there and I had to get another one, and I spent a bunch of money on after Christmas sales at the outlets.
I never had much luck in the outlets like in Orlando for like clothing and sneakers. Always the sizes not even close to my fit. But surely a bunch of places to buy luggage. Also the Daytona and Savannah outlets knows how to extract travelers on I-95 wallets going to FL .

The ones outside Hilton Head are great. I ended up with two new shirts from J Crew, a new pair of sneakers from the sketchers store (because mine decided to develop a hole in them mid trip...figures), and I bought several games from one of the stores. Also my Star Trek cats calendar...

. That is sale is from January 1st to January 14th. That sale brown bag sale only happens once a year. Menard's brown bag sale is everything that fits in brown bag gets 15 percent off including stuff in food section. That brown bag also says Menard's and 15 percent off.

Well, we couldn’t book a hotel to hide Kylie from the fireworks, because her meds leave her somewhat likely to have accidents. In addition, she suddenly got sick a few days before NYE. Bad stomach issues. Bad. Very surprising and concerning after a nice Christmas. It didn’t make sense.
Brian was working overnight, so I took her to my store on the west side (quieter area and no carpet) and she & I slept there. She got to explore, and see/meet some of my friends from a neighbor biz. And I was able to pop over there at midnight for a toast with them.
She did great. Long story short, we think what was making her sick was a container of chicken broth that turned out to be very long expired. I often added it to her food.
She’s eating again, and so far so good today. If that was the cause, it’s a relief, because it makes sense and was easily remedied. Now we have to put some weight back on her again.
But it was very cool for she and I to be able to have yet another caper on NYE this late in the game. Happy New Year.
