Mecum Auction in Monterey, CA, is this Friday and Saturday on MotorTrend TV, from 1-6 PM (EASTERN Time). (The auction is re-aired from 6 PM - 11 PM, on both nights as well. Again, all times EASTERN.)
Been patiently waiting to watch this one from Monterey, due to the unique collection of old and new vehicles. Top inventory selections highlighted , on the Mecum web site.

The restaurant in only offers ice cream for Dessert after they stopped serving cheesecake. They ice cream they serve is vanilla, Strawberry, chocolate, and spumoni and you only pick of those flavors with it being in a bowl.

speaking of heat.. I expected Vancouver to be temperate.. but it has been again in record heat levels.
Its as hot as my hometown in Mexico!

So far so good I guess.
On the good side.
I got my student permit acceptance in record time.. it took less than 4 days!!!
That is stupidly fast.
Noone in the conversation group ever seen anyone getting it in less than a week.
So I'm baffled.
As for me. I'm getting somewhat cozy in my room.
Finally prepared my first meal with fresh stuff and not frozen/instant stuff. Suffice to say...I'm not impressed on induction based kitchens
It still feels a bit weird, as my "roommate" (aka another guest who uses a different room) is a very young Japanese looking girl.
Now been checking how I can get to a Point of Entry to make valid this letter and get my real physical permit.
as all the instructions online are for airports! and I want to do via land.
After all i do not want to waste money flying to Seattle and then back.
Its way cheaper to cross via land.
