My mom loves eating those.

Can't believe it is June already 😯 Good news...2 weeks until our first trip to New York to see the Mets at Citifield. SOOOOO excited!

Bad News.....start of hurricane season. Nope on a rope, not ready...
I know about Hurricanes. Since 2006, all, but 1 trip to Florida happened in Late August or some point in September. What I do is use travel insurance.

I am going to hit Florida peak Hurricane season this year in September.

Giffords is wonderful ice cream. Ben and Jerry's is knocked off as number one New England ice cream.
I used to really like Ben and Jerry's, but I think they kinda overdo it with all things they "add" to their ice cream. I guess I lean more toward less "add-ins" and more toward just the regular ice cream or frozen yogurt flavors, (regardless of brand, actually).

I've been to WDW many times during Hurricane season and all those times I only witnessed one bad day that had a Tornato about 10 miles south of WDW. It was stormy all day, but I've seen worse storms. I also had the opportunity to be on a Celebrity Cruise from Rome, Italy to Fort Lauderdale, Florida in early November. Early November in the south Atlantic. I was so busy on the ship that I completely forgot about that season and for good reason. The Atlantic was like glass, beautiful sunshine and clear sail all the way across. Yes, I have indeed been lucky when it came to weather.

Being from Vermont and having been around when Ben used to push a cart around Burlington giving out samples I do enjoy Ben & Jerry's especially Phish Food. That said, however, I never buy it because for one thing those pint size containers are way to tempting to just sit there and eat the whole pint, but also more than I will pay for ice cream. So my favorite now is Turkey Hill Dutch Chocolate. It is the best chocolate I have ever had and it is less expensive then most of the other premium products. Just plain chocolate, no chunks!

Yesterday and today -- temperatures in gross, hot 80s. My reaction:

Tomorrow and most of next week, temps thankfully falling to low 60s. My reaction:

That is all. :joyfull:
Could be worse. Hitting 90 today, humid, and currently waiting for someone to come fix the ac that decided to conk out last night. Add to it cottonwood so thick, it looks like snow. The stuff makes me itch and wheeze.

Recently, I discovered a new favorite, frozen yogurt. It's black raspberry (with little chocolate pieces), from Giffords (Maine). YUM! :hungry: My favorite ice cream is coffee, from Haagen-Dazs. :hungry:

Anyone else have frozen treat favorites?
Drumsticks. DH and I have been enjoying them. He did bring home some coconut fruit bars that were pretty good. They tasted like ice cold mounds bars. But I like Drumsticks better.
