Winter’s back! Down to 60° tonight. 🤣

B drove himself to PT today and first day back at work. Test is Wednesday.

I’m going to Tampa Thursday/Friday for a NY Yankees event with NJ fam. (Uncle can’t make it so I’m taking his ticket.) Stadium tour, meet a few players, watch a game. Been a long time. I used to go to games up north all the time. Haven’t really followed them since moving down here, don’t know any of the newer players.

I figured when I drop dead, my nephew will remember “that time we went to the Yankee game in Florida.” 🤣 Plus I’m flying Spirit for $11.20 round trip.

To make things simple, we lost our connection flight thanks to getting wrong information of the connection time.
We had to scramble to buy new tickets (on the next day) and get an hotel.
We didn't sleep and we ended paying 3X per person for a similar flight.

Oh no!! That sounds really stressful! But...."we"? Are you not moving by yourself? Are your mom and sister going with you?

I'm getting so frustrated with 2023!!! Got a message yesterday from work saything that they are getting rid of the evening shift altogether. 2 weeks ago, the message was that they were reducing our hours. I've only gotten 4 hours a week for several weeks now, and now they are getting rid of the evening shift altogether and moving a bunch of the work back to Zwolle. I saw it coming, but not quite this fast. And I haven't heard anything from any of the places where I applied, other than the one that rejected me 2 hours after I applied. But I sent in my resignation last night right away, and I will try the other company again that said they couldn't hire anyone who was still working for the company where I've been working. I still have 2 Friday evening shifts left to work, but after that, I'm free. I have a 2 month period before my contract is officially over, but I set my availability to zero, so they can't schedule me anymore and I can just get another job and start right away.

In regards to a resume, my ex girlfriend in Colombia at the time, advised me there was a secretarial job open in her hometown and it was required that each application had to have attached a recent color headshot of the applicant.
