WI does have good brats and kringle.
Wisconsin also does have a beer called spotted cow. Spotted Cow is only legally allowed to be sold in Wisconsin.

I said only legally allowed to be sold in Wisconsin for a reason. The company that makes that brand does not allow that brand to be sold out of Wisconsin. Matter of fact back in 2015, a bar owner and bar Manager in Minnesota were arrested for selling spotted cow at their bar.

Years ago, I also went on their factory tour, and we got ice cream "fresh" off the line!!! :hungry: :hungry:
Yea, well mine was hand made fresh and hand scooped by Ben himself, so take that! 👅 But, I have done the factory tour a few times myself. You probably know, being a foodie and all, they also have a huge factory in St. Albans, Vermont but they don't have tours there and it's likely that most of the ice cream is made.

That's a really good point to remind people about. There are small shops here and there, that aren't always the first places you think of. But aside of some of the interesting foods they carry, they were also a good source of staples like paper towels, for example, (during lean pandemic delivery slowdowns, of items). Certain items would sell out immediately in the big stores, but often the little stores still had stock.
The stores stocked with foreign food product items at times is written in their native language including cooking instructions . I went to a Turkish store to get canned items and the young girls who worked at the counter helped me a lot for translation purposes.
