I can't tell what it actually is....it just says something about streaming the HP collection on HBOMax, which we don't have over here. Is it a special with interviews or some new content, or just that the movies will be offered on HBO starting in January?
It's a new special filmed at the original studio with most of the surviving cast members with interviews and such. Hopefully it will stream in your country on another network.

Yes, supposedly a character reunion. Not sure if they will do it in one of the Universal Parks or in the original Castle location.

8 years with the same merchant account - zero chargebacks.

One popped up right around Thanksgiving, another a few days ago.

Seven this morning!!!

Cue panicked phone call with merchant services, and asking for supervisor because customer service rep was treating this less urgently than I'd prefer (demand.)

The 7 from this morning were all for website orders using the same credit card...shipped to different people all over the country...but all orders showed they came from the same IP address!! (In Kansas.)

I don't know where to begin. So far, we're out over $400. I expect there will be more.

How do I get in touch with a detective in Kansas who can locate this IP address LOL.

How to be an useless Help desk rep. + How to have the tiest service on your site ever.

  1. Lost password on site, noone of my password combinations or the ones saved for the site works.
  2. Try recover password, asks for username apart from the email.
  3. Their automated site method to recover the username never sends an email, to resume, its garbage.
  4. Send email to recover username of account in their help center (which took me almost half an hour to find because they made the contact page as hard as possible and their knowledge base is just a revolving garbage ("solutions" pages link to other solutions which in turn link to another).
  5. Contact them with my issue. They take 6 days to reply.
  6. get reply with "please ensure you are not blocking our emails, also send us your username and email address to help you".

If the scammer is smart, they probably used a proxy.

Have you heard anything yet? Can you make the credit card responsible? Insurance?
