I met her, and she was lovely. Sometimes “diva” just means she takes her voice seriously and knows she needs a certain tea, a certain routine, at a certain time to help make sure her performance is as good as it can be. We all know vocal performance can vary just like baseball players’ at-bats - for basically the same reasons.

I wish I could take kidney stones so matter-of-factly. I have had two. The first one was so large that it lodged right in the entrance to the bladder. That one required surgery. The second was smaller but still didn't want to go through so it stayed without any real notice until infection set in and turned into Sepsis. That one close to killed me and they had to do surgery for that one as well. If I had waited mine would have been resolved by 10am as well, I would have been dead. In other words I learned to "respect the stone".True story. Wondering if the car accident didn’t knock it loose.
Can’t really move much right now. The meds that relax your tubes kicked in, but the “extra room” that provides was not enough (first time that’s happened - that means it’s probably on the bigger side.)
Pain meds entering the system. Drinking lemon water. Really want this resolved or at least manageable by 10am. But

Mariah is a gifted singer. Back in the day we were at DHS and there was a commotion at RnR Coaster Courtyard. Cast were saying when others asked , Mariah rode RnR and one of her earrings fell off. The ride was temporarily closed while the mechanics looked for her missing earring inside the building .

I am so tired of incompetence. They were supposed to book me for the non-tube MRI. They didn’t (found out yesterday.) Took meds, prepped, went in, and said, “Aw, heck naw, get me out of here.”
So annoyed. Waste of day. Waste of meds.
One nice nurse is trying to get the wording on the script changed and might be able to squeeze me in because there was a cancellation. Otherwise it’s next month. Tired of the arm pain. Current mood: 4 Jerseys:
