Time to look to transfer to another Target

His Target is actually is a decent area. This is just the kind of nonsense that happens this time of year. One of my friends actually had to come stay with me over Halloween a few years ago because in spite of living in a normally safe area, Halloween just brought out all the crazies.

Halloween or not there was a time that posted signs were out that explained - no masks allowed when one enters a bank, liquor store or police station. Times have changed. Halloween does bring out a neighborhood crazy. The guy who.lives with his mother dresses up like Leatherface and when the kids trick or treat at their front door, he starts up his chainsaw and chases the screaming kids off his property.
