And no idea why he asks us managers and support since we're NOT developers (he wants to put a new application on a big company site that requires review, think facebook size)
Then the OTHER manager tosses me "can you look at this" and I'm like.. Take a look at what?

I just add the generic information of whats needed to publish. Since NO DOCUMENT, NO FILE, NO DATA has been shared with me about this project. So I have absolutely no idea what is going on in general or how the hell he wants me to have all the info. Infact I do not even have access to see the assets.

One developer asks me for examples. I show him the official ones. You know the official guideline that we always have used to publish these kind of apps.
Then the boss decides to be a f** moron and act like a prissy by joking about "yeah thanks, how about if you had just used letmegooglethat.com".
Then decides to add new questions a la "what I mean in my questions were..."
And noone of these new questions were anything related to the first ones he asked.
Then again the point is the same. I'm not a developer and should not be in charge of this. There are more experienced people specified for this kind of job, but nooo, it had to be the manager above me.. and of course, specifically at me.

Did I mention that he made a public video for a business meeting with another company and he decided to record the video shirtless, in a restaurant. With unkempt hair? and he's still in Africa it seems.

No wonder the other agencies and satellite developers are always wondering *** is going on since he barely gets to explain properly all whats happening.

"Who has done the submission" he asks (in the single project channel). I said "Noone so far". Because there has not been any progress to submit this project.
Then he says "WRONG, We have multiple submissions in X place! FORGET IT, I WILL TAKE IT WITH X MANAGER".

The hilarity is.. in the next question is "Who can guide with specific steps" Then I mention the staff that has much more experience and who have submitted multiple programs to X place. IN BOLD LETTERS.
So I pretty much answered what he wanted in his badly laid question but nope.. I'm the one at fault.
Well good riddance, he removed me from the project (which I assume he just wanted me to be his punching bag again.. for whatever reason). I clean my hands from this project and resume my normal job.

I normally have no problem getting called out, etc.. but I know when he's in d...k mode when he mentions my removal almost publicly for the teams to see (and the client).

aaand thats my rant for today. Thanks for reading XD

Oh this is very normal for us. I will submit order initially and start another. Target doesn’t stock volumes of any given product to if they have it I want order in bag and continue as I remember other items.

Of course, we went to the Frozen ride. The line as usual was all the way outside the pavilion. Did not with some unruly kids punching and hitting the queue stuff.

Pardon the Lamp blocking some of the pictures. Rat ride took so much that we ended barely 20 minutes before show and all the spots were already taken.

There are some bosses whom you can never please, even if you're right and can back up your work. Dealing with someone like that wilI wear you down. I hope there will eventually be a different boss or company in your future.

So the good news is that the temperatures are finally dropping down, and it's feeling like autumn. :happy:

Hiking outdoors in the woods is great with no bothersome flies, etc. (even without the first frost -- the population has dropped dramatically over the past week or so).

So, WHY is the ONE ACTIVE FLY in my entire county, buzzing around here inside, dive bombing at the TV, and driving me nuts?!! :banghead: Who let him in?!

It could be worse like in my dad's case It was back in the 90s, but the CEO of the company at the time claimed all the people in the electrical field positions were paid too much. His answer was get a rid of all of them and he would work all the positions instead despite not being trained in the electrical field:facepalm:. CEO not being trained in the electrical field was going to be problem considering people can die from working with electricity.

The CEO of the company changed his mind after management talked sense into him and no one was fired. Basically it was management explaining to the CEO that "More than one person is needed and the positions are too dangerous without proper training.

Its going to be that way on Thursday and I have bad feeling mom's fibromyalgia.

The good news is mom had her Covid Vaccine booster shot today before the weather change happens on Thursday. My mom is not the best with shots due to poke with needle could cause her fibromyalgia to act up. The good news is she's not suffering from side effects yet.
