With all the talk earlier about chocolate and peanut butter ice cream, I remembered that I forgot to post the picture of my double peanut butter Magnum bar I had a couple days ago. When I took it out of the package it had a weird blob of chocolate on top of it. Even my dog (as seen in the picture) was looking at it, or maybe she just wanted my ice cream....

Ps - New baby girl for the royal family

I thought the baby looked so cute! And the parents looked so happy. it's nice to have a cheerful story in the news for a change.

If she's anything like my dog, she wanted all of your ice cream! :hungry:

I never log out, and I never log in, but, it does clear itself from previous activity after a time. I have no idea, or concern about how long that takes. Also, I cannot think of any reason why I would want to shut it off. I don't work for the CIA and have to stay covert reading peoples mail in a manner that they are not aware of. It just seems silly on a friendly discussion board to hide behind a packing crate. But, that is my opinion. Everyone is free to have their own. You're Welcome!

O.......K...........
I was simply sharing with her how the green tab works, from my experience.
I have never disabled mine. When I'm logged in it's on, when I'm not it's off. :cyclops:

@donaldtoo . sounds like you had a great day with the family after your nephew's first Communion. I think it's funny how you start at one venue (treats after church) and then head over to a 2nd party for more treats! That way, you maximize the mileage of the celebration! ;)

Hahaaa...!
Yes, thank you so much! It was a great day! We just got back from my folks and I'm stuffed silly...! ;)
More great family time! :)

Wow! I wouldn't have a clue what horse to bet on for the Derby. Either you really know your race horses, or you made a great guess! :joyfull:
When we were little my dad would take us to the local racetrack a lot. It was free to get in and my dad would let us each pick a horse in two races during the day and he'd place a bet. A lot of times it was just picking the horse's name we liked the best. :geek: We'd pack a lunch and spend some family time. He also often got us paddock passes so we could go right down to where the horses and jockeys were.

What a fun family outing! I'm like you in the sense that I'd also probably just pick a name of a horse that I liked and bet on that. And, it was nice that the family could pack a lunch as well. (Although I haven't been to a race in many years, I doubt that they'd even let you bring in food now; you'd have to buy any refreshments at one of the vendors there.) I'll bet it was interesting, especially for a kid, to go down to the paddocks where the horses and jockeys were.

I don't recall what kind of (really large) car it was (maybe one of the kids' parent's Chryslers), but I also remember a similar situation back in my late teens--except mine was even more bizarre than yours. It was also a $4 fee for the drive-in, but that was for up to 4 people in the car. Then it was an additional $2, (maximum extra fee), beyond the 4-person, $4 fee. So my cheapskate friends and I (all six of us) would have 4 of us drive up to the booth in the car, and the other two kids would be hiding in the trunk!! Those were the days! :joyfull: (But hey, the extra $2 bought us some popcorn, candy and sodas at the concession stand!) ;)

Oh my! MORE stealing...!!! :jawdrop:

:D ;) :)
