I recalled earlier this year that one of the doctors was on the local news and said the vaccine does not cause you to grew a tail.

What caused the doctor to say this was apparently there was people who actually claimed vaccine causes people to grow a tail in Wisconsin.
I thought that was just in-breeding that caused that. However, if that is true then just stay out of Wisconsin. It's not that hard to do. I have traveled a lot over the years and for some reason have managed to not get to Wisconsin even once. I hear they have some good cheese though.

A lot got deleted today, but highlights let's see...

I got told I don't know what I'm talking about with regards to asthma

Someone said you could die on teacups.

Someone else said there are worse things in life than death. People still aren't sure what that is. I went with public speaking.

There were several adult temper tantrums. A lot of arguing, name calling, the usual.

And an antivaxer came around trying to spew misinformation.
The person is said you don't what you are talking about with regards to asthma needs a face palm and eyes rolling.

You went to WDW and other places with your mask and your asthma is well known. Out of anything, your knowledge would be helpful.

I can tell you my family and relatives that are eligible had their vaccines. They didn't grow any tails. I think a person just mentioned the vaccine cause a tail to be grown as a way to scare people from getting a vaccine.

Wisconsin does have great cheese. My dad buys cheese curds from the local grocery store. There a lot of places in Wisconsin that has cheese curds as an appetizer.

holy crap, 8.2 quake in Alaska and big cracks appeared.
The big fear on earthquakes near the ocean is a potential tsunami. That underground earthquake under the Pacific Ocean a number of years ago created tsunamis that destroyed some Southeast Asia islands and many tourists and locals lost their lives.

Now that would have been a good time to wear a mask!

We never saw any smoke, or even haze, it’s just that the smell from the fires was still prevalent.
Don’t know how long it took to go away, but, by the time we went back and stayed at POR again in’04 it was gone...!!! :D
Anytime I’ve encountered that smell since though, it takes me right back to that trip...!!!!!:hilarious:

I've been at WDW also during one summer wildfires. Smelled more smoke than a well done brisket!

my husband was talking to the lady that owns the local bar in our town, which also has great food. She told him she is taking chicken wings off the menu for awhile, the cost due to the shortage is making it hard to break even on them and she doesn’t want to Jack up the price.
OK, I hafta’ ask...
If ya’ split it down the middle, doesn’t every chicken have 2 b r e a s t s, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks, and 2 wings...why is there not a shortage of the former 3...?!? :cyclops:
Is the vestigial chicken limb suddenly disappearing from modern chickens...?!? Or, because of brilliant marketing on someone’s part, are people clamoring for that formerly-known throw away part of a chicken over the other parts...???!!!!! :cyclops::D:hilarious:;)

I have no plans to comment on that thread on that. Universal is a theme park that has been considered by the people I go to Florida vacations in recent years. The fact is I want to want to see Universal at some point.

When Nintendo Land was announced, It is something I became interested in. I saw from the Japan version of Nintendo land. I know Epic Universe is not going to open before 2025.

I think he was mentioning on another post that with no six flags that those types of guests go to UO. I would have to say during Uni's Halloween Horror Nights compared to MK's Halloween bash, the vibe and guests behavior as an example are noticeably different. I also didn't like being chased down the street by Leatherface with a chainsaw trying to cut off my head.

Because usually, in one sitting people will consume the equivalent of 8 or more chicken wings during one football game equaling 4 chickens, whereas one would usually eat one or possibly two chicken br easts equaling 1/2 or 1 chicken. So unless you are killing chickens just for the fun of it and using only the wings, throwing away the rest, it is the only way the numbers come out even, it's in the consumption end not the source.

It's sort of like crawfish. If you were having Lobster you would probably eat one. If you are having crawfish one plate is about 30 of the smaller lobster like creatures in one meal.
