Speaking of Libra: on my Disney astrological cups, Mickey is a Libra. Here is the sign description. Please ignore my dirty counter I will clean it tomorrow.

Fun cup, but I also really like your blue tile! And no rush to clean up the counter either; none of us will see it, so I say, let it go another day! :hilarious:

@JenniferS how do you do the whole milk in bags thing? I never could get over that. It wasn't so much that it was in a bag (had bag milk in school that you had to stab a straw in) but that bags don't have lids. Sure, I could clip the bag but I was still always scared that the milk wouldn't keep fresh if I didn't drink it really fast. Luckily there was a Mac's across the street from my dorm with jug milk.

I'm sure Jennifer can give you a better explanation, but I wanted to mention that she has told us (in the past, before you started posting here) that her family does, indeed, use the bagged milk. I was fascinated to read that, as we don't have bagged milk in my area (only cartons or bottles). :)

Oh Eric, you seem to have forgotten, my boys go through a minimum of 4-6 individual bags/day - essentially 1 1/2 - 2 gallons. Milk NEVER goes bad here.
What I hate is the cutlery drawer full of snipped bag corners. Two snips per bag, 6 bags per day ... you do the math!

Do the 10 park days because 1 more day costs very little then swim at the condo. You could also go one day to the waters parks but the price of admission is comparable to the water park and fun option so might as well get that option if you really want to do the water parks.

I read somewhere they were testing a shuttle between the two waterparks too.

Ha! Yes, you'd be the "talk" of the school if they made that noise when you walked down the hallways! :) Speaking of "roys" the only roys I don't like are the wide-wale ones; I never got into those. But I have always loved the thin-waled ones. They're warm and so comfy for fall and winter. I have a pair in my closet, but I used to have more of them years ago.
That's funny that you all seem to call them "roys". Up here, they were always "cords".

My younger ds AKA assistant planner is really thinking about 10 days in the parks would be better. He thinks the cost for the water parks isn't worth it because with his brother having issues with hopping, ie. busses can cause agitation or getting out to the car and losing time. Maybe doing one day op for a water park might just be the way to go if we decide to go there. He's also started planning out his shopping budget!:) Seeing he's realizing how much he will need I won't have to shovel any snow or clean their bathroom, walk the dog, etc. until we get back!:D Yea Disney vacation. Once planning begins my house always seems much cleaner, without me doing the extra work.

What I meant was I enjoyed your posting on other threads as well. I didn't mean I don't like your posts here. I read what I posted and I was like, "What!!!" I hope I didn't hurt your feelings it was just bad sentence composition.

Ha! We've all done that to our sentences. That is why I try not to parse sentences or look for hidden meanings. We generally don't put great thought into our posts here like one would for a paper, essay or a letter.

I do understand your clarification too. When I read that post my first thought was Wooba lady! Then I re-read quoted and your post, clearly I knew what you were saying was a compliment to @donaldtoo :inlove:

I remember asking you the same question long ago and you posted me pictures of the pitchers you also used at times.

I was a teen during the era of penny loafers, Ivy league pegged pants and bleeding madras shirts. Bell Bottoms thankfully came out when I was in the service. By the time I got out, the fad was starting to fade, but, I did own a few pair of flares. I liked those much better then bell bottoms. We still had wide collared shirts and used to tie our ties straight down, no regular knot. It was actually tied the same way, but instead of tucking the top layer of the tie through the knot, you just let it drop straight down so that it looked more like an ascot then a tie. I swear give me back almost every decade except the 1970's. Between that and Disco, I hate to even think back to it.

I agree. The 70's truly seemed to be an era that kept trying to define itself and was rebounding from the interesting era that the 60's brought with so many changes for all. I didn't really understand the 60's as I was just a kid but it was fun to see so many anti-establishment elders when I was a teen actually start to settle in and become part of the establishment.

Disco was just nasty as were some of the clothes that came with it. Still the 70's despite Disco had some amazing music and that is the only part of the 70's that I identify with. My first real concert as a young teen being the
double bill of Chicago and The Beach Boys. So much fun.

Your really going to enjoy living in whatever place you acquire in Florida. Down here in the states we have these contraptions called garbage cans (dust bins are banned). That would be a good place to put all those pesky useless snipped bag corners. They're of no value down here, no need to horde them. I guess it could be that you use them as legal tender up there in the great white north.

Oh boy. If only Costco existed at that time.

In reality Costco and Sam's have not really been around all that long. Before Sam's we had a place called Pace that Sam's took over. Their memberships were very expensive so I didn't join. Sam's was expensive too and I think they realized that they'd ultimately have more profit by volume if the membership was more affordable. I have a business membership to Sam's and it would be great if I actually went at 7am, doesn't happen though.

When my kids were small the only large volume option was the Market Day options though I found that to be pretty pricey too and we didn't eat that much nor did I have that kinda freezer space. My neighbor has 5 boys. 14, 12, 11 and twins that 8. I can't imagine what their food bill is. They are large boys that were couch potatoes for a while and love to eat. I just can't imagine the routine in that home on a school day, breakfast, lunch making for 5 and out the door to the bus stops. Oy.

But, but . . . you didn't get to read all the replies in this thread. Plus, I just got home from work about 45 minutes ago and was just now catching up on everyone's responses to your comments; and I also added my own, (prior to reading your post above). Please reconsider your decision.
Nice too know you are a forgiving bunch, I tend to open my mouth, as writing too much, my daughter says I don't have a censoring gene, and don't think before I say something. :arghh:
