Hubby is keeping an eye on the leak. He thinks maybe they didn’t get a good seal on the oil filter -not done at the dealer. Just making a big black oil spill on my gravel driveway.🤣We are holding out until the next oil change and taking it to the dealer to make sure.
If it were me locate the oil filter and make sure it is on tight, the filter should be hand tight , put your hn on the filter and twist it clock wise--there is an o ring seal on the filter that seals it to the engine block.

Unfortunately, with a jeep, you have to remove a bottom section to check it. They have to lift it to take it off. 😟

During the mid 80’s recession I worked at a quick oil change place (DWifey worked in their corporate offices) for about 3.5 mos. One Saturday afternoon I was workin’ the pit one over from a co-worker. He had just finished a truck and sent it on it’s way. Less than 5 mins. later the customer was back because his oil pressure had dropped like a stone. There was oil everywhere underneath that truck. Somehow my co-worker cross-threaded the oil filter and there was no way it was gonna’ seal properly in that situation.
I’d watch it real close to make sure it doesn’t get worse, and get it in somewhere ASAP.

Don't wait to long. Oil leaks can intensify and become engine seizures if it leaks out to fast. You know how much it is leaking while sitting in your driveway, but you don't know how much is going out when on the highway. If it is just a loose or defective gasket on the oil filter, it can become a serious problem very quickly. Just my opinion, it might be minor or it might be really serious. I wouldn't wait until it decides to quit on the road in cold weather.

Wow! That's BIG!!! (Well, compared too my little runt car, anyway.) ;)

Very happy for you -- you've earned something nice, so enjoy!
Not really, a bigger Toyota truck would be a Tundra:

That's a bit too big for what I want.

What do you drive?

Indeed. It's the color I hoped the Civic came in. Alas it did not (though I like the silver).

I like that I can see out of it for when I need to drive it. The older ones used to make me nervous, but I feel like I can see out of this one better.

Your family looks to have a well kept garage and a very clean garage floor.

college prep was really just being with the “high achievers “ and taking advanced classes. It was fine and I did get some college credits so it worked out. And my mom was right I would t have really learned anything besides maybe how to sew better, but I could always teach myself now.
Oh, that class probably would have been right up my alley. We didn't have anything like that. I enjoyed home ec, but I mostly took it because of a lack of other options. I remember I had signed up for art, because I really liked drawing and wanted to be better at it and learn to do it properly. But the first day of class, the art teacher told us she did not give passes. AT ALL. You were not allowed to go to the bathroom....so don't ask. If it was an emergency, the answer was still no. If you asked, you got a detention. If you got sick, no you couldn't go to the nurse. If you asked, she was going to say no. If you ran from the room because you needed to throw up, you got detention for leaving without permission. If you threw up in her garbage can, you got detention and had to clean it up yourself. Basically, you were going to get detention for everything....I decided it wasn't worth it, so I looked at what classes were available during that hour and I was able to switch to home ec. There weren't many options and that was the best one.
