I just found out that Suzanne Crough (Tracy Partridge) from The Partridge Family died. It's very sad. She was only 52. I've always loved The Partridge Family and I've always preferred it to The Brady Bunch (there I go being contrarian again).

By the way, Cesar, the phrase in English for wishing someone a happy birthday is "happy belated birthday". Just one of those weird English things. Our language is strange.

That must be it. I haven't touched any alcoholic drink (my entire family of both sides has had problems with alcohol) since one of my cousins spiked my drink in a wedding ( I was 15).
not even beer. hell I do not even drink Coke.

its just a mental thing. Where you cease to be "young" and start your "middle age".
Worse when you figure that you already used at least 35% of your life using the average expectancy.

Then considering my health issues.. but my resilience.. I wonder how long I will live

I love hearing this. And it just goes to prove my point that there are plenty of good, decent people in Baltimore. The troublemakers always seem to make the headlines, and that is unfortunate.

It was nice to see the people that all helped clean up the destroyed neighborhood. Also the churches who came together to serve a grilled hamburger/hot dog lunch to those helping with the burned up CVS area was nice.

Yesterday's Zander's pics.
Hubby knows I don't like tomatoes (duh! who doesn't know?) and jalapeños, so he requested that they leave those off one "side" of the nacho plate.

Better yet, Erica (our favourite server) had the kitchen split them onto two plates.

I only ate about a fifth, as I wasn't particularly hungry.

To round out the evening, we ordered 6 zucchini fritters - brought 4 home, and the 3-cheese dip - brought most of that home too.
