Happy Birthday Dog GIF by Puglie Pug

Happy Birthday @MinnieM123 ! I hope you share some cake with Jack!

Nope, I didn't have any cake, but I did have shrimp pad Thai -- so he got some of that, instead. I poured some into his dog dish, and he was so excited that he knocked over his bowl on the floor. He stepped in it, so then there were pad Thai paw prints on the kitchen floor, that I had the joy  of cleaning up after him!

Love shrimp Pad Thai. I have to say that some the best is not even in our country. It is in Toronto and Vancouver.

He was so excited because you finally fed him.;) If you feed him a couple of times a day he won't be quite so excitable;)

So I was reading an article about the minimum wage and it said "in November 2020, Florida voters approved a ballot measure to gradually lift the minimum wage to $15 by 2026."

Which makes the case of Disney laying off thousands curiouser and curiouser (I know it's not a word. I just made it up right now and I know a lot of people actually use it)

IMO, there's probably a multitude of reasons for the various layoffs. The loss in revenue from the pandemic is probably at the top of the list. Beyond that, who knows? I'm far from a financial guru, so that's the best I can come up with, at the present time.
