After how awful Continental planes transformed when United bought them. I refuse to fly with them ever.
their space is insanely tiny.. and they charge for everything.

Even the worst Mexican carrier (AeroMexico) is offering more space and better deals than them..

Sad, because I used to fly with Continental quite a bit. (almost twice a year to the US)

Hang in there. The adoption papers from @JenniferS should be processed soon. Once that happens, you can fly better airlines with her, when she takes you on vacation!

Also, one of my cousins, who is younger than me by about two years, said, "Wait, you're turning 20? Wow you're old!"

And I was like:

Never been referred to as old before.

Oh well, it was bound to happen eventually.

I'll never forget the first time someone said to me excuse me ma'am. I was 24.

HAHAHA . . . yah, "ma'am" is the kiss of death. I recall the first time someone said it to me as well; I was also in my 20s at the time. That indicated that I was an adult, and there was no turning back now!

As far I know.. almost every chemical can be damaging when in high quantities.
Aspartame is definitively dangerous, but in larger dozes.

Same with saccharine (causes pancreatic and liver cancer if I remember correctly)


At least these sugars are.. sorta safe.
I remember that the first experiments on food alternate.. yielded incredibly sweet sugar alternates.. but with a higher than 75% rate of cancer risk on rats.
In short.. these sugars alternates WERE DEADLY.

A nice alternative for people is to use Stevia. It is sweeter than sugar, so less is needed. The big sugar companies fought it for years, but it finally got approval (maybe the past 10 years or so). It comes from the Stevia plant, which I believe is from South America.

Can you imagine what their going to say when you get my age? Personally, I feel like I live in a body that is controlled by a 20 year old brain and eyes that still see things the same way as when I was 20. I do not on any mental level feel old. My body, however, has other ideas. It is breaking down and no matter how many times I tell myself that I am still 20, the rest of me does not agree.

I suppose, 20 to someone younger is old. I remember as a 18 or 19 year old thinking how old 30 was. I'd love to have that antiquity back again.

I don't order milk in restaurants. Too expensive and never cold enough. Keep reading though.

Let's see if I got this right. You spend money like it grows on a tree in your back yard. You bail out your kids, your brothers, eat out more then Donald Trump, go the onsite Disney plan, are looking into buying an additional place in Florida, but, you won't pay for milk in a restaurant because it costs too much? Color me puzzled!

My campus minister jokingly pointed out that I'm a contrarian. But the thing is he's right, and I hate it. I don't try to be a contrarian but it seems like I always am. It just makes my social awkwardness even worse.
