News of the week
Was damn bad yesterday last night with heavy fever.. went to the doctor.
So... heavily inflamated intestines..bad loo issues..
after a VERY painful examination (swollen nodules on my armpits that hurt like hell....) and in my poor intestines..
Results? most possible issue.. samonellosis... one week more with no treatment could have gone full typhoid.
Second possible.. severe rotavirus.
anyway, tons of pills, treatments.. and a injection.
This year is def going wild for me and not in a good way. I think on my birthday (next week) I will have a bottle of medicines with a candle on top XD
Oh.. gold thing..
Everyone on my team wished me a quick recovery..
My boss? was like "take care.. oh.. and you have 7 things on deadline already delayed. Read your messages".

Figgy, what on earth have you done to your toes??!!! Did one of them break? Did something fall on it, or did you trip?
I hope you got some sleep last night.

Wow, Cesar. Sorry to hear that you're sick; but perhaps in an indirect way, it might be good just to get out of work and away from the boss for a few days. You've had a rough time, and I hope you feel better soon. Please rest as much as you can. Sending some pixie dust.

I'm good. You see, I brought the ankle braces on vacation so I most definitely would not need them. If I hadn't brought them, I would have sprained an ankle. That's how it works.

That was pretty. With the wind chill at -6 right now, I don't want to go near it. By the way, it is just getting colder. This is the warmest day in the next 3, at least.But . . . but . . . don't you like walking in the snow? Today, I was walking along the snow-covered paths in the local nature area. It was gorgeous outside, and I love the sound of boots walking on top of snow.

Long story short I braced myself but my little toe and the one next to it turned under and out 
Sent pics and I can go in and get them X rayed which means a trip out in icy conditions where at best they'll wind up taped or I can stay home tape them myself and pretty much watch to see if there's a major problem (swelling or anything worse than a normal bruise). Guess which I chose
anyhoo got a good night's sleep, I think it's called being knocked out but now just the script dose of ibu. They look much better this morning and the pain is just a little annoying. At least I didn't reach in my purse and wind up needing surgery

UGH. I've broken 3 toes in the last six months (middle one on the left foot, and 4th and 5th on right foot). NOT FUN!Thank you for checking on me. Yesterday my ankle turned under for no reason at all
(Full disclosure - I AM a total spaz. Both my little toes have been broken around 6 times each, at least, but the others hurt WAY more.)

The human body is so freaking weird. Like, you're strong enough to lift heavy things and birth children and so many amazing things. But then you can break two toes just walking. Or in my current case, pinch a nerve in your back sleeping funny
