Finally the last jar of salsa for the year has been canned 60something quarts in total a mix of pineapple and firebreather. Now my leg is going up until tomorrow

We are home now, thanks! Kapono was super excited to see us and I got lots of kisses and she is snuggling in tight right now. She was also excited for the fries we gave her after we went through McDonald’s!

I’m glad you liked the updates. I plan on doing a report in the trip report thread so I’ll post here when I do.

This actually reminds me of a nutty incident (years ago) at the hospital complex I worked at. There were many offices throughout the buildings, and a number of them had a mini-refrigerator.

I was friends with one of the security guys, who told me they had received complaints from some offices, that food was missing from the previous night. Security caught a guy on the night maintenance crew "helping himself" to food all over the place, for his midnight snacks.

He should have known that there were security cameras everywhere (and taped). After seeing him (on camera) walk into offices with his cleaning cart only, and then walk back into the hallways eating a sandwich, pudding, a bananna, and a cup of coffee (must have been a Keurig machine inside), they knew they had their man (just like the FBI).

It's sad. Lunches were stolen and signs had to be put up. Also, signs needed to go by the microwave, - Please cover your food when using the microwave. I thought only children needed to be told these things.

Looks like you may get some relief from the heat, tropical depression 14 is on track for TX possibly a cat 1 and tropical depression 13 looks to go into Mobil/Pensacola also as a cat 1 at the same time --crazy

Yay! It's half day Friday today. Hubby's oldest son and wife are driving up from Indiana to spend the day with us, because DH was gone for his birthday.
