Kale is doing well..



More blueberries are growing, the other plants are decimated... praying the birds don’t get these too..

2 blackberry bushes also decimated, but the third plant might be getting something? There’s one flower.

6am couldn’t get logged on just the animated castle. Back to sleep. 730am got in on one device and into a holding pattern. By 830 14 days of reservations made. We were lucky given the FB and Twitter recounts.

Irony being we don’t know if we will go given the uptick In Florida.

So thankful Megan, Daniel, and myself were able to get Emy to WDW well before all this craziness started...!!!!!
We all want to go back with her sometime in 2021, so hopefully we can make that work out for all of us this time..!!!
Truly, and sincerely happy, even with all the grief I saw many of y’all post about today, to see that it seems like most of y’all got all y’all wanted in regards to y’all’s next WDW trip...!!!!!!!
In the not-too-distant future, I look forward to cruisin’ what I’m sure will be some most excellent/interestin’ TRs...!!!

Oh my gosh.. I haven’t been on FB lately, just logged on to post a question about the unknown plant.. and FB showed me this..T, age 5.



I swear time is moving so quickly!! I remember this day so vividly, how excited he was.. and how he pouted when he found out that golf team doesn’t start until 5th grade at school..


Well, the time has finally come. He has a full set of clubs now, and will officially be on his school’s golf team this fall. Wow. 5 years. Wow.

So my first venture to somewhere 'public', a supermarket. Going outside doesn't count to me as public because you can always run away. Which I do because usually I'm running. Though I will probably have to cancel my gym membership. I don't feel comfortable enough going. But everyone had a face mask but skittish if people got too close.

What is with my watching TV shows with the Spanish flu or Black Death in it. Second show in a row that I'm watching that had it. 3rd if you count the show I started but bailed on.

Yep. My DD will cancel her gym membership as soon as they reopen here. My sons is free but is smarter than those operating those venues. He also has been fortunate enough to own his own equipment he purchased a few years ago in avoidance of going to work place gym on off days. He workout 7 days a week. Blessed to own in his 3 months+ working from home. My DD gym is near her work and likely won’t rerun there from work at home status until maybe 2021

Blessed to own in his 3 months+ working from home. My DD gym is near her work and likely won’t rerun there from work at home status until maybe 2021

24 Hour Fitness have brand new state of the art gyms all over the country. They are closing 30% of the gyms, declared chapter 11, and laying off staff. Another victim of the virus. With people finding inventive ways to work out, gyms will be impacted the most with guests cancelling their memberships.

Good news (except for sleeping.)

Woke up at 2AM. SBA loan deposit came through at 3AM. Just finished walking the dog LOL. I don't think I'll be going back to sleep. Lots of careful planning to do.

"Day off" today but I will have lots to do and plan, so I may need to take Wednesday as well!

@figmentfan423 , when do the farmers' markets open in your area? We had a fairly mild (for New England) winter this past season, so I'm wondering if the ones around here might start to open up, maybe mid-July? Usually the one in my area doesn't have anything until early August.

Our Farmers market never closed, but it did downsize it's vendor numbers. Everything set up with distancing in mind. The market here in Raleigh is massive, but it is just vendor after vendor of the same thing, same items, same prices. It works just as well with fewer vendors. I presume for everyone except the vendors that were left out.
