@dryerlintfan , I just noticed a brand new suite available at Shades of Green. (Priciest accommodation they have over there -- $469 a night.) I know it's too big for you and A, but thought you might like to see it. (I put the link below.) It's really nice. Even the dining room seats 8-10 people.

That's almost twice the size of my house 😂😂😂

Today's weather was almost acceptable cool and misty but not too wet at all so I got out for a bit. We have a winter weather thingy for tomorrow night and you guessed it rain/ice/carp line again. Tomorrow the lying little groundhog becomes stew:angelic:
been pretty bad here.. we thought we could get some sun ( we did get sun for like.. 1 hour) and its now back to raining.
Its been.. what? raining since last wednesday.. nonstop.. o_o

My kitty Louix loves q-tips... so much so that after we use one we have to wrap it in kleenex before throwing it away, otherwise if he sees one in the little bathroom garbage, he will be a garbage picker and pull a used one out to play with it... GROSS!

Aren't pets a trip? :D Our dog used to pull out disgustoid things from the trash, such as used Kleenexs!! That forced us to buy only household trash cans with attached lids!! :p

Since when?

By the way, I saw Baby Yoda artwork in one of the tents. You're not allowed to take pics, but I think James would like it. Also, they have Galaxy's edge shirts with Baby Yoda. James would love them.

Inquiring minds want to know: why can't you take photos? Wouldn't they think that this could be great publicity for them, to have fans taking pictures and sharing with countless other friends, etc.? I don't understand Disney.

Our kittens love q-tips also, but dh gives them to the kittens unused. They toss them around with their little paws on the bathroom floor.

What is it with dogs my Golden loves to roll around in dead things she finds in the woods. When she does this I have to wash her 2 or 3 times to get the stink off her----SOOOOOO nasty
Our one dog rolls around in poop once in awhile. He knows it is wrong too because he heads right to the bathtub and jumps in whenever he does it. Sometimes we think he does it on purpose just to get a bath.

Maybe they think people will take pictures and just print them themselves.

But what's wrong with that? Again, it's all publicity for WDW. We could speculate until the cows come home on this, and usually it's all about money. So I agree with you in the sense that they're looking to make some bank out of this; but at the same time, free advertising is far from cheap -- and more beneficial than selling images. Just my two cents. ;)

I agree with you, unfortunately as you said, it is all about money. When we were at Flower and Garden a few years back I remember one booth that was selling jewelry didn’t allow pictures either. I didn’t get that.

I vaguely recall reading something about that a few years back. Was that a case of a (private) indivdual jewelry artist protecting his/her original work? (Why am I thinking that they might have invited in non-Disney artisans to F&G Festival, at some point back then?) 🤔

Probably my recollection is wrong, but I don't think that it was someone taking photos inside a gift shop, that displayed the usual generic jewelry, for example.

I guess because the artists don't want their work ending up on someone's Instagram account. I took a picture once and got yelled at. Message received.

I don't think Disney's as picky in the permanent art shops.

I had to chuckle a bit too...I knew you have a DD similar in age to our oldest DD, have a SonIL, and a granddoggie...but, then again, I’m also the guy who thought your pop lived in Arizona...!!!!! :hilarious:
Maybe @SteveBrickNJ is thinkin’ of @MouseDreaming too...?!!! 🤔:cyclops:;):)
Not sure why you might have been thinking of me, but it is nice to be thought of, all the same. :inlove:

I’m deciding which summer camps to book this year..
Soccer, Art, Zoo- day camps...possibly a baseball 3 day camp, an overnight week camp, now I’m considering a martial arts day camp too
He’s never done martial arts, but I think it might help him.. we’ll see. I’ll talk to T about it.

Separately, I just booked another 2 nights in Vegas to go back to MJ One with a friend who couldn’t make it last time- for next month.
I also booked a 3 day MJ seminar in LA in June... and last month I purchased tickets for T and I to attend MJ, The Musical on Broadway in July. - these 2 are also quick trips, 2 nights and 3 nights respectively.

3 Michael Jackson events in one year. 😂
I never even saw him in concert when alive, my one chance went horribly wrong. Now, 10+ years later I’ll be at 4 during a 13 month time frame.
Should be fun.
