I'm the opposite. I love working from home. I have a desk with a monitor and I can bring my work computer home, so working from home is no different for me than working in the office. I also don't have to drive 20 minutes each way and leggings are acceptable attire. Now granted you're talking to the person who came into the office in jeans, sneakers, and a Ravens t-shirt, so I am definitely not dressed up, but still.

Plus you have your cats at home, and that makes work more tolerable! :cat:

It also comes with the perk that you can give gigantic eyerolls at your coworkers and clients when they do something royalty stupid. Screaming too.
And noone will notice ;)

That is a pretty relaxed dress code

In SC, I saw this desk punching bag. It suction cups to a desk. I suggested it for my aunt, who works from home and is currently very frustrated with her job.

We are a relaxed office as well... jeans... tennies... A couple reasons why I don't like working at home... ooo SHINY... my husband is home, and bugs me all day when I am, and... this one is hard to explain...it makes my anxiety level go up. My boss isn't a fan of work at home, and I feel like she constantly monitors us all day to see how much our skype shows "away" (she probably doesn't really, but anxiety makes no sense, and tells you bad information)

@donaldtoo , those were fun pictures of the back-to-back celebrations. One of my favorite photos was Emy staring at the Christmas village. I also loved seeing the look of glee on your son's face, when he was holding up his DVD presents. :)

As for the food feasts -- OMG!!! You guys know how to EAT!!! :hungry: Not only were the main meal items appetizing, but I was very impressed with the photo of the dessert table -- yikes! Way to go!!! :joyfull:

Thanks so much, all the way around, Minnie...!!! :)
Emy was indeed enthralled with the Christmas village :inlove:, and Matt LUVS him some video games...!!! :geek:

And yes, just as we’re all recoverin’ from the food comas I posted ;), the annual roast ducks, and tons of other goodies, for New Years Day/pops birthday are right around the corner...!!!!!!! :joyfull::hungry::hilarious:

Hey, @donaldtoo , are you familiar with a small town not far from Austin, called Burnet? I just saw something on TV about Christmas celebrations in small towns. Apparently, Burnet decorates their Main Street like Bethlehem. They have people who act out the various characters, and it's a really big display. Just wondering if you've ever been to it before.

Yep, Burnet is about an hour northwest of us out in the Texas Hill country. Have seen their decorations on TV before a few times over the years, but, have never been there to see them. Really beautiful displays, though...!!! :)
However, I have experienced the bbq up that way...!!!!! :hungry::happy::hilarious:
