The Brower's Terrific Triple Trip Report! :)

Saturday morning we got up and were at the Magic Kingdom at 8. It was opening an hour early but was not listed as an extra magic hour, and it was evident that not many people knew about it. As you can see from the pictures there were not many people in the park at all. We turned to the left to go by Sleepy Hollow to go up into Fantasyland and the only people that were around were a line of Disney cast members that were obviously bored and waiting for any guests to come their way. We got stickers from almost all of them, and then headed up the pathway toward Fantasyland.

They were anxious to pass out stickers when they saw us coming.

We rode Peter Pan, then decided to ride Dumbo, where we each had our own elephant and the ride was still not full. After this we rode Snow White, Pooh , the Mad Tea Party and the Tomorrowland Speedway. By now it was almost 9 and we thought we better ride Space Mountain before the crowds of people started coming in. Some of us rode while others waited, then we made our way to Frontierland to ride a few things before getting on the train and going back to Main Street. It was now not even 11 and we had gone on almost everything in the park, and there was still nobody there. We decided we would go on to Hollywood Studios, so we left the Magic Kingdom and caught the bus to Hollywood Studios.

By the time we got there it was time for lunch, so we walked over the Sci-Fi to see if we could get seated there. They were able to seat us, so we went in for lunch. Of course Robert had to have the kids grilled cheese, and Katie had pomegranate lemonade!

After lunch some of the group went on Tower of Terror and Rockin Rollecoaster, while the rest of the group started doing some Christmas shopping. When we met back up we decided to catch the bus to Downtown Disney. We had never eaten at the Planet Hollywood at Downtown Disney so we decided to try it out. We will probably not be going back there because it was very slow, and the food was just ok. It was pretty late after this so we did a little shopping on the West Side then caught the bus back to BLT.

Sunday we woke up to the sad reality that we were leaving. After packing our stuff and getting breakfast at the Contempo Café we checked in our suitcases and headed to the Magic Kingdom for one last time. It was a little more crowded from Saturday but still not too bad, so we rode some of our favorite rides. We finished out the rides by riding the carousel, then went to Pinocchio’s for some lunch. We made one last stop at the candy store on the way out to get a few more sweets, then rode the monorail back to the Contemporary to wait for the Magical Express. It was sad to leave, but we knew we would be back in October!

I have really enjoyed this. It sounds, and looks like you guys had a blast! I am so glad that you aren't going to let some meal experience stop you from encouraging others, or yourself in going back to a restaurant. Thank you for that. I am loving your photos!

Its been a while, but we got busy! Where we left off we had just returned home from a great long weekend at Walt Disney World. We were sad but knew we would be returning very soon. We returned to the World October 29th for the weekend. This trip was the same people as before, plus Robert's girlfriend Heather was going along with us. We would be attending MNSSHP on October 29th.

We arrived in Orlando early Friday morning, and took the Magical Express to the Contemporary. We checked in, and to our surprise our room was ready! We were very happy about this because we knew we would have to come back to the room early to get ready for MNSSHP. After taking our carry ons to our rooms we went to the Contempo Cafe for breakfast, then headed to the Magic Kingdom.

After riding the People Mover and a few other rides with short lines, we went back towards Main Street for our lunch reservations at the Plaza. After lunch Katie and Ashley(sister) headed back to Bay Lake to get ready for the party, while Mom, Dad, Robert and Heather did a little shopping in the Magic Kingdom.

Since we had a late lunch, after it Katie and Ashley walked back to Bay Lake Tower to begin getting ready for the Halloween party. Robert, Heather, mom and dad stayed at the Magic Kingdom for about an hour just shopping and looking around, then they headed back to get ready as well. After everyone finally got ready we took some pictures of our costumes before heading out to MNSSHP.

After everyone got ready and we pictures were taken, we headed out to the Magic Kingdom. We originally planned on being at the Magic Kingdom at 4, since Heather had never been to the party, and we wanted to do everything specific to the party. We took a little longer than expected to get ready, so it was after 5 when we got to the Magic Kingdom. We went in and immediatley started taking pictures.

After walking down Main Street we decided to walk back to Toontown, since it would be one of the last times we would see it, and we knew we probably would'nt be spending that much time there the rest of our trip.

After walking around for a little while (and being stopped by many kids and adults) we walked back up to Fantasyland and saw that there was already a line forming for the Seven Dwarfs. It was about 6:40 and Ashley is a huge Snow White fan, so we got in line to wait for them. After hearing the announcement about MNSSHP we saw the dwarfs coming.

Where we left off we were waiting for the Seven Dwarfs and the party was about to start. Most of our pictures with them didnt really turn out but our Photopass pictures were really good.

After that we decided to walk around and see what other characters we could find. We found the Ugly Stepsisters and Cinderella's Stepmother and they didn't really have a line.

They are so crazy!

We were starting to get a little hungry by now, but there wasnt anybody on the carousel and we saw that as a great picture opportunity, so to the carousel we went.

After the carousel we were on our way to Pecos Bill when of course we came up on another picture spot. The carriage was out and there was a line to get a picture with is, so of course we got in line. As you can see we never miss a picture opportunity!

Now it was finally time to eat, and boy were we hungry! We happened to get there at the perfect time. The parade was coming through Frontierland, so there was hardly anyone in Pecos Bill. All of our pictures from dinner were blurry, but it was great!

After dinner, we decided to look for some more characters that went along with who we were dressed up as, so we headed to Adventureland to find characters from Aladdin. When we got in the line, Jasmine and the Genie were out, but as we got closer Aladdin came and took the Genie's place. When we were the next family we saw Abu coming out, so Katie was very happy!

After Adventureland, we rounded the corner and went in the Diamond Horseshoe. As soon as we walked in the door, the DJ spotted Mary and Bert and they were called up to the front of the stage. They had to stay up there while everyone in the Diamond Horseshoe sang Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Woody and Jessie started dancing after this, so Robert and Heather joined in so they could get their picture with them.

By this time it was almost time for Hallowishes, so we made our way back to Main Street to find a good spot to watch the fireworks. Almost immediately after the fireworks there was a Villian show at the castle so we walked up and watched it. As soon as it was over we darted to the line for the Evil Queen so Ashley could get her picture made with her.

Now it was almost time for the second BOO TO YOU parade, so we moved down Main Street to the back of the Emporium for our spot for the parade, which is where we always stand because there is never anybody there.

Where we left off we were heading down Main Street to get a good spot for the parade. We found our spot right outside of the Emporium back doors and sat down to wait for the parade to get there.

So of course Robert had to take a really blurry picture with Stitch...

By the end of the parade we had gathered a TON of candy, since we were at the end of the parade route. We still had a little time before the park closed, so we headed back to the Haunted Mansion, cause no Halloween party would be complete without a ride on the Haunted Mansion. After the Haunted Mansion we still had about 5 minutes before the park closed, so we decided to ride Its a Small World to finish out the night.

Since it was now time to go back to Bay Lake Tower we slowly started to make our way to Main Street and to the entrance. By the time we got back to Bay Lake Tower it was about 12:30, and we were all very tired but also very thirsty and a little hungry. We walked over to the Contemporary in our costumes because we knew the Contempo Cafe was closed but we had our refillable mugs and we thought maybe the drink machines would still be on. No such luck. We knew there was a drink machine in Bay Lake Tower, so we walked back over, but of course it was out of order. After searching everywhere in Bay Lake Tower and the Contemporary, we decided we would have to settle for water out of the sink in the room. So, after an hour of walking around in our costumes, we returned to our room hungry, thirsty, and very tired. We now know to always get something to eat and drink before leaving the park. We got back in the room and immediately went to sleep because we knew we were planning on getting up early the next morning.

One more picture from our night at MNSSHP

Saturday, October 30th

Our original plan for this morning was to be at Hollywood Studios at 8 for Extra Magic Hour, but since the day before had been so long we decided to sleep an extra hour. All things considered I think we did pretty good to get to Hollywood Studios by around 9. Of course the first thing we went to was Toy Story Mania, and because of lunch reservations we couldn't get fastpasses, so we waited in the stand by line. It really wasn't too long this day so we were lucky.

After Toy Story Mania, we went down Sunset Blvd. to get some breakfast. After breakfast Katie, Ashley and Heather went to ride Tower of Terror and RNR, while mom, dad and Robert did a little Christmas shopping. They also had to go check out the real Bert jacket, to see how close dads jacket was.

When we met back up we only had a few minutes until we needed to head to Epcot for our lunch reservations, so we just walked around and took pictures.

Here are a few more pictures from our morning at Hollywood Studios.

After taking some pictures at Hollywood Studios, we head out and toward the boat to go to Epcot.

We had reservations for lunch at Le Cellier, and we had never been there before. We have been to Disney World so many times but for some reason we had never eaten here, so we were excited to try it!

We really enjoyed our lunch at Le Cellier. We will definitely be going back there!
We also saw this awesome carved pumpkin as we were leaving...

This trip was during the Food and Wine Fest, and seeing as we are mostly picky eaters, we were not really interested in this. It was so crowded in World Showcase so we did not spend all that long going through the countries. Of course Katie wanted to stop in the new caramel shop in Germany, but the line was so long we decided it could wait until later. We headed over to Future World to see how crowded it was there.
