I don't know about WDW because I haven't met her yet, but from what I've seen on YouTube, Disneyland has some good ones.

Just so you know- 99% of the characters at WDW do not go on the rides

I guess so (though they may not talk much about those 2 rides, as it has nothing to do with the story of any of those 4 characters)

There IS a video of Gaston riding a carousel that I just found, so that may mean the park executives are relaxing the rules a bit.

I wouldn't say "relaxed", per se (there are certain characters that can go on a ride- just not many)
